Wagners was only a small part of the fiasco that was my "rental experience". My rental location was moved from near my home to the same side of town. Then I arrived to find that they didn't have the trailer and was sent to Wagners. I arrived at Wagners to find that no one was there. I called U Haul to report this and while I was waiting for another location, a man showed up at Wagners. About an hour later I was finally on the road.
Why would I recommend U Haul?

Price doubled.one said cause of summer one said 4th of July. Been renting trailers all year.shame
