Extremely disappointed with this company’s behavior and lack of accountability. They had a tree cut down and threw the debris onto my property, which damaged my fence and shed. When I reached out to address the issue, I spoke with the district manager, who told me that they saw on camera their company cut it down, but “according to Indiana law, it’s your fault.”
Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to shift the blame onto their neighbor!

U-Stor has any and all your storage needs. They have over 20 different facilities throughout Indiana. I have a large unit (man, I want to say something but I won't) on the Eastside. And I'm actually considering another to store my car.

U-Stor has came a long way since I'd used them back in the day. From beginning to end the process was seamless. All signed and paid for online, access codes and moving information sent straight to SMS and email. Worked perfect for me. Found my unit quickly and facility was spotless. Would definitely recommend if storage is needed

I would recommend you store to anyone that ever wanted to store anything customer service is great the facility is always clean I feel like my belongings are safe. My advice is if you want to store anything U storis the place to store your belongings

Climate controlled but yet water dage from the ceiling all over half the unit. Plus sagging water puddles in the ceiling making the wiring short out to the light that flickers .

I've been using u-store since my wife passed in 2017, I had a big storage unit now I'm down to the smallest unit but it's been a blessing to have a place to store my stuff with alarms and on site living to protect your unit. I've got to know Mrs Kathy by voice and she knows mines really a nice person now I need to get the rest of my stuff out so I can save my storage money.??

I have had my Storage here for 6 years and I just love it. I really like the 24hr access and the priced are not bad either,. ,U need U store !!!
