Anytime the 3rd of the month falls on a holiday, the following day should become the last day to pay....they charged me a late few the day after the holiday... should not be that way...sad business practice.... didn't happen until the new workers started..?

I love this facility. The owners are very helpful. They will personally call you and remind you that your payment is due. They try to help you avoid late fees. I used to forget sometimes but now I pay it online it's easier. Patrice and Veronica are awesome
