I had a disappointing experience at this location. You have to wait in line just to get help while most of the staff seemed more interested in their phones than assisting customers. When I asked for help with color matching, the employee rushed through it, gave little effort, was not honest and seemed eager to get back to her phone rather than genuinely helping.
The store also feels overstaffed with people who aren’t engaged in their work. The only exception was one cashier (brown hair with a star on her face today) who was kind and helpful while juggling all the customers on her own. Meanwhile, another employee stood around on her phone, rude to her coworker, and glaring at customers as if we were a bother.
On top of that, the shelves were practically empty. For a beauty store, they’re consistently out of stock, which makes the poor service even worse. I’m not usually a Sephora shopper, but I’ll have to go there instead, because this location fails both in inventory and in customer service.

Bruce in the salon was amazing!! He exceeded our expectations, super friendly and just did an amazing job with my daughter’s hair! Will definitely be coming back to him for service 🥰

Let me start by saying that I have an amazing ELITE stylist here at the Ulta at home that finishes off my blowouts with a few flat iron curls and she gets my frizzies sleek with a little touch up with the flat iron due to my hair texture. Both her and a regular stylist who does my blowouts when Megan can’t, have done this for years and NEVER charged me more than the $45. My Elite stylist does the same styling for my hair when I have a hair cutting appointment.
On 6/19, my husband and I were traveling through and I had booked a blowout appointment with an Elite stylist, Amber. Expecting the same standard of service I’m used to at home and also an Ulta at another location when visiting family, I was looking forward to this appointment and having my hair done for the weekend. I’m recovering from ankle surgery and so, blowouts have been very helpful as washing my hair is a challenge due to my limitations. Amber had absolutely no personality, didn’t even try to start a conversation or welcome me in, acted as if I was inconveniencing her time, seemed annoyed that I had a knee scooter and had to move a little differently and have it parked next to me. She then said I would be charged additional fees for hot tools after she blow dried it. On top of acting as if I was inconveniencing her time, she just kept saying that I couldn’t have my hair done like my home store (Wooster, OH), etc. I have thick, naturally curly and frizzy hair. She took her time drying it with a round brush, but I was disappointed. I never have the ends of my hair flipped out and it was far from what I’m used to, but considering how awkward I felt, I said it looked fine. As soon as I got back to the car, my husband could tell I was upset. And I then spent the weekend with my hair in a pony tail instead of down like I can do at home after my appointments. It was too poofy and frizzy and didn’t stand a chance. And I didn’t pack anything for my hair (flat iron or curling iron) as I expected to have a blowout like I’m used to. Extremely disappointed in the service I received here.

I’d like to give a nice shout out to this Ulta location and mainly to Marley! She was really helpful and informative for any questions I asked her and was able to help me find all the items (and some more) that I was looking for. Thanks Marley!

Well I got to say this has got to be the supermarket or superstore of makeup. My wife took our daughter in to get her makeup for her prom. I've never seen so much makeup in one spot.

My gf bought some makeup and you guys never shipped it to her. The order was incomplete. She even emailed you, and you guys apologized but still never sent her the makeup she paid for. You guys are stealing from customers.

I'm a door dasher that does go into these kinda places very often so I don't know my way around very well. I had the most awesome sales women offer to help me threw my whole order. We walked back and forth across trying to help my very difficult dash customer fill there order. She went out of her way to help just for the order to get canceled. She even apologized for the order canceling. Shot out to Tabitha at ulta beauty in Greenwood, you were very cool and thank you again for the help.
