Phone service is terrible, no live people, 3 day delivery, we’re up to 2 weeks now and still no package, when scheduled delivery 3 times now, not scheduled by me, and still no delivery

Worst phone service ever!! I have tried at least 20 times and still cannot talk to a live person and not able to leave a message. Now I understand why FedEx is used more than UPS . UPS customer service sucks!!!!!!!!

Scheduled a delivery appointment where I took off work since it was a 6 hour window and no one bothered to show or even let me know that no one would be there. I ended up having to drive there myself to pick up the pallet. When we finally got there the front desk people were very rude to us and this other person that had the same thing happen to them.

An irregular company they took about three hours before started to unload the load But there is man in the office whose name is Rodney He works hard and tries to help me all the time

Their customer service is terrible Original expected delivery date was 5/19 and it is now 6/3 and not delivered yet. I have been promised multiple delivery dates and still no delivery. I cannot recommend this freight company to anyone.

Very friendly but understaffed. After 10 days and 3 missed deliveries I picked the pallet up myself. They brought it out and loaded for me.

Only review I have ever put online. I wish I could give a 0 star. Absolutely atrocious customer service. After a week of them not showing up or answering a single phone call, I am driving to their facility to pick up my package this afternoon.

My freight has been sitting for two weeks. The day it arrived I got a phone call to schedule the delivery and took a day off from work only to have no one arrive (during a 7 hour time frame). The automated phone system does not work, so I am not able to call in. I got a phone call a week later to reschedule the delivery, took another day off and STILL no one arrived. This entire process has been very frustrating, and I don't feel that anything will be resolved, because I don't feel that anyone here can be bothered by their customers' problems. If I have to go pick up my own freight, it seems to make paying for shipping unfair to begin with.

We have been waiting on a $2,000 package that was supposed to be delivered a week ago. No one will answer the phone. No one will call us back. We finally got ahold of someone after nearly fifty phone calls and messages. And they said they weren’t sure if we were open??? Why would I tell them to deliver a package to somewhere I didn’t want the package delivered to? Who made the decision not to deliver our package and why??? We paid $230 for shipping, but they refuse to deliver or communicate with us at all. I would love to give zero stars. We still have no received our package and still have not received any kind of communication as to when we might receive it.

My delivery was expected on Wednesday. After nearly 20 phone calls and multiple messages, someone finally contacted me on Friday to tell me that my delivery would be either "today or tomorrow but we'll call you back to let you know, we weren't sure that you were open". Very confusing how they didn't know we were open considering we are ordering products and calling them every 3 hours or so. Well it is now Saturday at 3p.m. I have called 3 times today and left another message and have not received a phone call or email. I have nearly $2,000 worth of product that they will not deliver to me. Terrible customer service. Terrible phone system. Terrible experience.
