Rondrice handled the longest line I've seen like a pro with great knowledge and patience! I was completely satisfied with his help. He was by himself and was AMAZING!!

Wednesday afternoon, the line was out the door. There was only one worker (judging by his slow pace, you'd think there were two workers and one customer).
After a few minutes, a lady who was in front of me gave up and walked out. I waited another 5 minutes. The line wasn't moving: there was one (slow) worker when the UPS store needed three workers. Package still in hand, I gave up and left.
As I approached my car, the man who had been standing at the UPS entrance since I go there followed me. He waited behind me till I got in my car, then spoke to me through the window. He begged for money.
He said he needed money because he was hungry and wanted Taco Bell. I told him I'd get him Taco Bell.
I asked the man what he'd like. He said he wanted to buy the food himself; he refused food and insisted I give him money so he can buy food.

Super quick/ efficient service… even with a line. Everyone was polite and I have no complaints. 5 mins in line. The picture shows the time… 6 packages returned in approximately 2 minutes.

Eric was kind, helpful, and knowledgable about my needs and was able to resolve my situation with ease and professionalism. The rest of the team was also working with customers and greeting people as they came in, as they did with me. I’m fortunate to have this UPS store so close to me with the purchasing and shipping that i do.

The young man Ed at the UPS Store located at 6929 E 10th St Indianapolis, IN 46219 greeted everyone as they walked into the store while multitasking at the desk with multiple customers as well. He is very well spoken as well mannered. I will be sure to tell everyone about this experience and letting them know that this by far is the best UPS Store location with the associate Ed working behind the desk.
