There is a lady named Lisa who works here, and I must say that every time I go to the Rockville location, she is always pleasant. There are always a lot of customers, and she never shows frustration and treats everyone with kindness. She is usually alone and I must say it's a pleasure to go there as many places don't offer good customer service when under pressure. Keep up the good work.

I called to see if I could print out my college degrees via PDF file so I could have backup copies. The man on the phone was very informative and nice, giving me the company website, having me email them to him and printing them out quick and easy.

This store is great! I had a courier pick up with Uber and forgot to put it as a return and wasn’t able to insert a QR code through the uber app. Well the uber driver dropped my package off anyways. I knew something was off and i called this UPS store. These great people were waiting on me to call them and they sent me their email so i was able to email them! I am so thankful they didn’t toss my package or just let it sit. Thank you again!

They need to update their hours to close at 7:45 pm. Literally watched the lady working here close the store 15 minutes before 8 pm as I was walking up with one item in hand.

11/13/24, afternoon - I went to *ship back a modem*. The lady at the desk took the modem. Instead of handing me a Return Receipt, she gave me an ADDRESS LABEL that had printing on it & walked away to the back. ➡ The serial # & return # were cut off. (This was useless.) I asked the man at the counter about it. He said their printers were not working. When the lady came back out, I told her she should have told me ahead & I would have gone somewhere else. She claimed she didn't know. 😒 I ended up taking the modem back & went elsewhere. I will avoid this location in the future.

Staff is very rude, especially the lady who does the notary She’s very dismissive and uninformative you can tell she’s just trying to get out of doing anything that resembles Work. Very lazy.

It's not the dollar amount I'm upset about. It's the fact that they do things without telling you that there are charges for and then charging you for it after everything is done so the customer feels obligated to pay for something that was expected to be free like simply printing a label for an Amazon return. I will never use UPS again. I will never buy from Amazon again. Who pays to return something in this day and age? When you buy a stamp from the post office, it's already printed and adhesive. No extra charge.

If the working hours on Saturday are 10.00-15.00, then do it. Just because it's not easy for anyone doesn't mean you can close 30 minutes earlier. I'm very dissatisfied

I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady named Tiara NOT sure if that is how you spell her name but I would like to say she was very friendly and helpful also very polite she made my drop off and shipping equipment very easy .
