JoJo does an excellent job. And does it ALONE. I go to this location all the time & normally there are 2 or more employees. Lines are long. When I luck out & JoJo is working, the line may be just as long, but it takes him less than 5 min to clear all the people. He's fast, friendly, polite & always up beat,regardless of how many people are in line. Tells everyone as they leave "have a blessed day". He does the work of 2 people, so should be paid accordingly. Thank you for people like JoJo. Such a pleasure.

The assistant manager was fantastic! Very helpful and processed all my returns with a positive attitude! I had a large number of returns and she didn’t complain at all and we got them all done efficiently while still managing to help other guests so the line didn’t get too backed up. I always choose this store to bring my returns to and to ship packages because I’ve always had a good experience. The assistant manager is definitely an asset to The UPS Store!

Been here twice in the same week. The staff is always polite, professional and accommodating. JoJo helped me today and was friendly and efficient as usual. Great job JoJo and the rest of the staff, keep it up!

Very very bad service. There is one boy and small girl, they do not know how to talk with customers. She said I dont care about anybody and thing.

Extremely bad service they don’t know how to talk with customer’s if they said that they don’t care about customer and they don’t listen us . I have to wait for 30 minutes . Very bad staff with rude attitude . Its a request to administration that please change the staff .

I had my DoorDasher drop of my pre-labeled UPS packages for return as per an advertised service they have available. The store manager turned him away. I called and asked for the store manager and asked the source for her rejection of this UPS service. She immediately became combative and said per an email from her boss their franchise isn't allowed to accept packages on behalf of customers from DoorDash. It didn't make sense to me since many times I've walked in and been able to leave a package without giving any info at all. As I inquired further she became very rude and then refused to tell me a name or phone number for her supervisor. My only option would have been to leave my number for a callback. At this point I had no confidence the information would actually have been passed on. As someone retired from the service industry this is a level of service I would be disappointed with from an entry level newbie. From a store manager it represents incompetence. I was advised by DoorDash to reschedule the pickup and have it taken to a different (more professional) UPS Store location.

Employee name Jojo doesn’t know how to talk to customers and had me wait for half hour for nothing, he started taking all other customers and told me he have to scale my item that he didn’t even do it on that scale.But at the end he use tge same scale where i was first standing earlier. it was just his excuse. He doesn’t want to put any addresses manually i believe. He is racist.told me that he will cancel my mail.I was first on the line and he took almost 20 other customers before calling me back at the same register.
