This location always gives all the impression that no one wants to work the day. Which I can get having an off day but it should not show when helping a customer. Out of respect I'll only use intials. Mr. M. is about the only polite individual that works there. Always willing to help and help when Mr. V refuses to because he’s to rude to do so. Mr. V should not be at the front assisting costumers because on several occasions I’ve watched him rudely help guest. I’m not sure how he was able to get through the interview. He is so not a people person. He makes the customers feel as if they are a bothersome. I watched as he grew highly irritated because a young lady was making some returns and became a little confused. Mr. V rolled eyes and showed the complete irritation he was feeling. Never cracks a smile only a crude look. You’re loosing customers at this location because of it. I’d like to feel comfortable walking into this store again.

I made an online apppintment with the notary. I showed up on time for the appointment to be told there was no notary available and that I would have to visit a different store. I planned my day around the appointment time I scheduled

Wow.Despite the usual rude service in this store, I went there today as it was handy. I took a document in to make copies. The young man behind the counter started rolling his eyes before even getting within 5 feet of the copier. It was obviously a bother. Note that I was the ONLY customer in the store. After he inserted the document in the copier it simply stopped feeding the original multiple times. In my experience, he inserted them the wrong way, but I said nothing. He finally told me the problem was the quality of the paper of the original document I brought in. Note that is was standard 20-lb bond. I finally took my originals and left.WHAT A JOKE THIS STORE IS. I WILL NOW SIMPLY STOP TRYING TO USE THEM even though they are handy. THEY ARE RUDE EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I have been coming here for years and experience was awful today.The two young guys that worked with me and other customers today was not pleasant. Most definitely didn't hardly speak. There also was an elderly man needing help from one of the guys and they act like they really didn't want to help him, I think it's a shame when it comes to that with it the elderly. They're going to be elderly one day they will need more services than that. Reap what you sow. Bring back the old workers that was there before. People like Connie? was the best.

The store NEVER answers their phone nor respond to email. I had a problem that could've been resolved in minutes but, due to them not answering their phone the company I sent my return to is making me wait 2-4 weeks because UPS Store 6285 would not answer their phone!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Better off going to the Carmel location.

I had called before b/c I wanted to verify that they're able to print my return label - no answer. I walked in, wasn't greeted, so I walked over to the gentleman getting a shipment ready and asked him if I provide a box, would they be willing to tape it and if they're able to print a label. He said yes, as long as it's not a lot of tape and that printing is $2.25. I was in and out within 5 minutes but for a piece of paper, it's $2.25, the ink is $.19. I'm just shocked. Of course I paid, I want to return the item but what a robbery. $2.45 in total (tax .1) for a return label...I knew I should have run to the library but it's farther!

$1.75 to print out a single piece of paper. The UPS store downtown doesn't charge for printing out shipping labels.

Unfriendly staff at store 6285.. Tried to charge almost 3 dollars to print a single shipping label. Didn't mention it until after printing it. Take your business elsewhere...

Went today to have a letter notarized . They were fast and greeted with a smile. They also faxed my documents where they needed go.My hearing is bad they were patience with meas my daughter had to explain over again what was being said. I will use this place again in the future.

Grateful for the fabulous notary service! Many walk-in notaries do not deal with real estate documents. Jeff, at this location, does a thorough job.

Henryetta the Asia older lady ALWAYS has an awful attitude when I come in, I came in so many times for simple things she doesn’t speak and always has the worse temper….She was so aggravated and short with me over a box of watches… the box was too small so I didn’t know the paper wouldn’t fit on the outside of it to mail it off… she talked to me like I was incompetent….Ironically those same watches I sent back never made it to Amazon and now I’m being charged again bcs she didn’t do her job, there is no point in going up there trying to reason just to get treated poorly again from her so I’m being charged for two smart watches I bought for me and my husband bcs she didn’t mail them off
