I just recently went into the store to ship some items to my sister-in-law for my niece. The items were shipped ground to New York and I didn't think it would be a problem.
The cashier Jenny (according to the name on my receipt) asked me if I wanted to take the hangers off of the clothing to for easier shipping, and I said sure. Then she proceeded to weigh the clothing and other items with the hangers. And because she didn't pack the items in front of me, I have no idea if she kept the hangers on or not, which will add to the weight.
After that she told me I couldn't ship a bottle of perfume because it had alcohol. At the time I just went with what she told me. Who am I to argue with someone that knows what they are talking about. On top of that, I was charged for a box, packing materials, and packing service with no explanation of the charges before I paid.
Later, when I left, I checked the receipt and was surprised of the additional charges. Also, I started thinking about it and realized when I ordered the perfume online it was shipped to my address via ground shipping. So why would I not be able to ship it through ground as well?
I called another UPS location and they told me I could ship the perfume no problem. So I had to drive somewhere else to have the bottle ship separate of the other items. And this location did not add the additional charges.
Hopefully it will all reach its destination as the items are time sensitive.
My rating is reflective of the experience I had today. I have zero confidence that my package will arrive on time and I feel like I may have been overcharged.

The employee was new, but so friendly and his coworker was so friendly and patient all while assistance our transaction and other customers. They were a great team.

The actual sipping charge was over 2 times the estimate on the UPS website calculator. Very disappointing. Why have a shipping calculator if it is not even close. And I over estimated size and weight. Employees were not aware there was a estimate calculator.

Please do not ship from here, they lost my package, they are irresponsible and didn’t file the claim, this haven’t happen with any other store, guy with Indian accent is rude , so do not ship from here

This business really surprised me, I was able to give them an item to return, and the lady at the front desk explained everything that she needed to make this return smooth for the both of us. She scanned my return item, gave me a receipt and I was out the door before the next customer walked in. Now that’s customer service! ?

I used to love going here when Zach was manager. He was fun and funny and took a lot of pride in the staff. Yesterday I went in with a 17 lb 24x24x18" box to ship. The new female manager was a beast of a woman who refused to print my $48 shipping label from a QR code after I purchased it on eBay and not through her direct. She said it's a $2 charge to print a label. I asked if Zach was still there and she haughtily told me the reason he isn't there is that he lost money for the store. That woman was so haughty and nasty I took my box and left.

I’ve attempted to call this store NUMEROUS times today to confirm if they have a notary available BEFORE I drive there. No one will answer the phone! Terrible customer service.
