I was waiting for a package today. Was giving estimation between 3:45-5:45pm. The driver showed up around 1:30pm didn't knock or ring a bell but he left a note. I called customer service and they escalated to the local dispatch supervisor who called and claim driver would come back to deliver today. I had to ask him what time that will be and he didnt know and assume he will be here by 530pm. It's now going on 7 and no-one showed up. Customers should have a GPS of driver especially for required signatures that i didnt request for.

I went here to return a package and they were very helpful with giving me the information since they could not process it. I totally understand that. I returned again the next day with the same issue seeking help and was disrespected by the man at the front desk. He raised his voice at me and frantically said something to the extent of "You wasted your time coming here. I told you that yesterday and I cant help you! YOU WASTED YOUR TIME COMING HERE. I DONT CARE HOW FAR YOU DROVE!" and then proceeded to shake his head and shew me away,-with my document in his hand extended to my face. He frantically gestured to leave as if i was not welcomed there anymore. I felt angry and disrespected. This happened around 4:00pm on Thursday October 19th 2023. I couldn't believe it. I just thought it was unnecessary behavior on his part and calmly walked out of the store. Then I returned to speak to the manager, but I couldn't bring myself to complain about his behavior. I assume he was having a bad day. Or he is weird like that. I tried calling the location number but I can't get passed the system.

When my package failed to deliver, the status changed to “Hold for pick up requested”. I did not make this request nor was I notified about it. I called UPS customer service and they gave me this address to pick it up on a Saturday morning. I showed up and the place is closed, despite the large sign saying “Saturday pick up only from 10-1”.

Exactly what Michael below said. Horrible service when requiring a signature. Instead of attempting to call you or anything else , they take the package and now you need to pay $8 to even attempt a pick up now I'll have to drive far, not to mention the hours of this place are ridiculous. They come in the morning and then are closed the whole afternoon. Haven't even received a callback in 1.5 hours and they say they will call back within the hour.*edit* - got a call back 3 hours later, customer rep called the driver who has over 100 stops left for the day and therefore is not able to come back for redelivery or even drop it off /leave it at a UPS location where I can pick it up. There was no going over and beyond for customers. There is 0 opportunity for me to get my package today and I have an important trip to take today and I was waiting on my package before leaving.

What a joke!Since the package I was supposed to receive needed a signature for delivery and most people work at the time drivers seem to show up to drop off packages, I paid $5.99 to change my package from delivery to pickup.After paying to have it changed, I get to this location to pickup when it was convenient for me and my schedule, the location wasn't open between 11am-4pm? This is ridiculous!Open this location like normal business hours. Not sure what the point of paying for a convenience that is actually a hindrance.

UPS DRIVER came to my office to get assistance to have a box dropped off to a third floor unit. Ad used driver Resident not home and my staff is unavailable to assist. Told driver he may not leave a large package blocking the stairs or landing and he may not deliver it abd has to call customer to make the arrangements. Driver slammed my door and did what I told him not to do. Driver said you can call who cares. This is the 4th time . dealing with this driver. Tracking number 1zW594610338180710.

COVID is over. This location needs to return to normal business hours. Closed everyday from 11am-4pm? That's ridiculous and just an excuse to avoid having to deal with customers. Avoid.

I dropped a package in the drop box on the 16th and it still isn't processed. They won't connect me to anyone so everything is automated. So frustrating.
