“Mike is an excellent business man.I told Mike I would like to purchase the vehicle and I lived a great distance from the dealership.I asked to place a deposit to hold the car until I arrived however he declined my suggestion knowing I would travel such a great distance to avoid disappointment from the no refund policy if I did not like the vehicle. Instead he told me the car would be held not for sale. I arrived as agreed and he allowed me to visit an independent service shop during my test drive to ensure it's safety and other potential issues. The car passed inspection and I made my decision to purchased it. He included the part that needed to be place as we settled to mutual amount.In closing business is not complicated when each party thoroughly understand their assignments and objective.Business becomes complicated when one or more party begins to exploit, finnesse, and or dominant the other party.Great experience and I recommend folks to support them.”

First of all, the X3 was one of the lowest priced vehicles on the lot. There was a minor mechanical issue, which they agreed to fix before delivery. It turned out to be a bigger problem, but they worked diligently, even on the day the dealership was closed, to repair the problem to allow me to take delivery of the car.”

“I'm used to online appointments and everything done on schedule; this place lacks that. BUT that doesn't mean they're bad. There is more of a in person communication, its a very traditional environment. You have to go in and speak with the mechanics and make verbal agreements. The quality is top tier, the prices are even better ! Don't le the traditional environment make you feel uncomfortable. They're very hard working and will complete your vehicle requests. This place is bilingual so that's a ++++ :D”

He not only promptly got more pictures & sent them to me, but I later found out it was his day off. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process. We live 2 hours away & went there on Saturday to try out the car & decided we wanted it. Due to a miscommunication with my bank’s loan officer on my part I didn’t come prepared as I thought I had.
