“Bought a new whip from Carlos but also started the process with Dani. She walked me through options for almost an hour over the phone due to issues with the website not populating inventory options. Carlos was great once I got to the lot and we went through the options took a nice long test drive. No pressure and a few good laughs. Carlos lightened up and was genuine once he understood me and my goals a bit better. Stick with just being genuine and helping your customers find their best options. He even held the vehicle I purchased an extra day so I could fix the financing with the bank. I highly recommend going here with IMCU financing already in place and pre-approved. They worked hand in hand and I left with my new vehicle while they sorted the logistics and getting the check to the dealership. No haggle is a good and bad tactic I do still believe the vehicles are a touch over price and I would have said yes immediately the first night if we had the ability to make an appropriate deal. We all know used vehicles are extremely over priced and enterprise already made substantial amounts of money from the vehicle being used as a rental. There are a couple of small issues one is being handled and is scheduled to be fixed. I have noticed just today that the drive side door lock button is not working but I have a remote (which only getting one remote/key for the vehicle is huge thumbs down) and the vehicle has push button exterior door locks that all function normally. The vehicle gets a 4 star rating so far. Carlos get 5 for sure and the location and lot gets 5 but enterprise as a whole gets 3.5 stars in my book.”

I was having a hard time deciding between the Mercedes & BMW. He was knowledgeable about both brands which was helpful during our test drives. I bought a car from Indy Motors today, and honestly, I think I made some new best friends. The owner and the staff were so friendly I started wondering if I owed them rent.
This was my first time buying a car, and I came in with basically zero knowledge. I met Samer and told him I needed a car. He asked what kind of car I was looking for and my answer was basically, “a car, any car.” He laughed and said, “I got you.”
He took me to his office and asked me questions until we figured out exactly what I wanted. Samer spent more than three hours helping me, and then even had the mechanics check the car over which was great, because my mechanical expertise is basically, “yep, that’s a car.”
