“The salesman, Ryan, and sales clerk, Ashley, we're both very nice and accommodating, with a no pressure type atmosphere. When I asked, they gladly printed a CarFax and let us test drive for a good while. I did buy my son a car there, and 12 hours later we had a check engine light come on. I called Ryan and he said I could bring it back, and we did work out a deal on another car. I have to say we were speechlessly amazed with the willingness to work with us. You do have to understand that these are higher mileage cars, with the chance for potential issues, but since our problem occurred in such a short time frame they worked with me on making it right. I do recommend thoroughly inspecting, researching and investigating the model car you are interested in for online complaints and common issues. I see AutoNerd has had past complaints, but maybe those customers didn't do their research, and too AutoNerd may be trying to improve their image. I recommend them for good prices, non-pressure atmosphere, and assistance when needed. Thank you AutoNerd (Ryan & Ashley)”

Didn’t have the best of credit as it was my first loan and he’s one two out of the 15 plus dealerships that even tried to make something happen, and he did.
