Closed the office early and yelled at me when I asked why, saying they were already closed, I mentioned it was not 6:30 and they said they close earlier than that, I later confirmed that was NOT the case. Rude. I understand it was near 6:30 but I ran straight from work to get there, I got there as soon as I could covered in sweat, met with disappointment.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I don’t want to attack anyone personally, but the service here was despicable. Unhelpful, terrible attitudes and no basic respect when talking to customers. All because I was 5 minutes late to a passport appointment. I was told to reschedule the appointment, and I certainly will not be rescheduling at this location.

Charlotte was very nice , she made me feel good about visiting that post office. The reviews do not match her service i was shocked how attentive she is. I was happy to apply for my passport with her. Really good attitude, wish every post office had that energy experience thank you charlotte!

This location clearly has hours posted as 6:30, but the doors were locked at 6:05. A woman answered the door, saying they close at 5. I double checked the address in my phone when I got back to the car. No, they close at 6:30. Just the kind of customer service you can expect from the post office.

I ordered a pair of work boots last Wednesday. The estimated day of delivery was Saturday. The boots have been in Indianapolis since Friday. Here it is Tuesday and still no boots. It must be nice having a decent paying job with good benefits and a pension. Then show up everyday and do the bare minimum. Maybe one day they will have standards again.

Service is slower than fornicating turtles. Staff is more interested in socializing than providing good service.
Sometimes I wonder why some people want to privatize the post office and then I visit a post office and I understand.

I mailed my elderly mother a tracker. It was shipped from Dallas on a Saturday, arrived in Indianapolis on Monday. It took less time to get from Dallas to Indy, then what it is taking for it to get to her and she is only 12 miles from the post office. It has already been sitting at this location for 4 business days! What a joke, and clearly, I can track it that was the point of sending it, so I know exactly how long it has been sitting there.

The ladies at the front are AMAZING! I was so stressed about mailing my wedding invitations and putting the correct postage on them and the ladies at the front window were so helpful. They even offered to help me put the stamps on! Not only that, but I'm certain they expressed shipped my invitations because they arrived to our wedding guests all over the country in only a matter of a few days. These ladies deserve a raise and some recognition for their awesome work. Thank you so much for making an important yet stressful experience so easy!!!!

One of the worst USPS is in the country. This place cannot get a hold of anybody loses packages made the transfer to the new building and got a bunch of idiots working in there.

USPS is very very stinkest, lazy,and doing nothing but ignored jobs....I mailed certicifate mail letter on Feb,2m 2025 with promised delivery by Feb,5th and never delivery as for today is Feb.21, 2025,,This Certificate mail letter still hold in there...I gavwe you folks zero stars you dweserved having zerp stars because you don't wanna working just wanna money...greedy lazy workers so unlikely in my time in my 33 years worjung at USPS,,,mine very on time speeding smooth running without failing...you are disgusted...no good job you do nowdays,,, i was on 5 stars daily with our works with rewards and wards in many...Stinkest people are now lazier much worst ever I witnessed.

Ordered something from Texas on the 7th in the morning with a delivery date of the 13th. Made it from Dallas to Indy in less than 36 hours. It is now the 18th and it still says transferring to next location. Absolutely horrible.
