They are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient mail clerks. They get me in and out extremely fast. I appreciate there service. Especially Sheri. I give her an A plus with stars. Thank you good people. Keep up the good work.

It's never open through the stated hours. It's hard to even use this location because today like many other days that I've tried to get here after work... It's closed and it wasn't the closing time stated on the building.

I don't understand what's going on with this post office but I can't rely on them to have my mail delivered, they keep messing up my mails .
I have been to the said location numerous time and all they keep saying is nothing wrong with my address, I think the government have to see to how they really operate , this is becoming more concerning.

Angel gave great service on 12/23/24 - haven’t been to this post office much, but the line was very fast here. Angel and the other woman working were helpful, accommodating and informative.

The Best Post Office in Indianapolis Hands down the women who work here are very thorough the attention to detail cannot be matched they all have excellent work ethic always apologetic when patrons have to wait definitely go the extra mile and help each other flawlessly I will always go to this branch even if I have to wait angel ,Sherri,and teona are the Best employees and would highly thank them for the excellent service

I received outstanding service from Teona. She helped me with certified letter mailing recently. She provided pleasant and professional service despite technical glitches. She went out of her way to meet my needs. This branch is outstanding.

Just left needed assistance inside Wall curtain was 3/4 shut. Sign said 445pm closed it was 4:20p Counter clerk said we closed early today NO Sign posted!! And she was helping a customer still... Ladies and gentlemen I just wanted some Scotch tape to seal envelope..Y tell An Lie Iz all I asked Postal worker Y 5-23-24

Sherri (clerk 72) is the BEST - please send her to your Linwood location to train. They need it and she’s got it…kindness, patience, knowledge, skills - ALL of it!!! Sherri - you are an absolute gem and a pleasure to work with! I will always go out of my way to visit this location because of YOU! Thank you so much for reminding me USPS rocks!
