Why does the carrier keep leaving my mail box lid open. I have even put a note asking to close the lid and still it’s left open. When it’s left open all the mail gets soaking wet. This is just poor service and lack of concern for the condition of mail.

I'm about 1600 miles away from this place and they're ✨calling✨ me that a package is going to be delivered and if I don't accept it'll be just drop of at the door step? Isn't that what USPS does!? I copied the number I was called from and surprisingly it does shows it's from the USPS! I don't know anyone from Indianapolis, I haven't order anything recently and I have never giving my phone number to my local USPS, so how do this people have it!?

I have been waiting on my package for almost a month they said something about new establishment that don't have nothing to do with the public my order I paid for and it should have came to me 2 weeks ago. I paid for shipping for it to come last month worst postal service ever

They wouldn’t sell me stamps just because one person wasn’t there. Not sure why everyone isn’t trained on selling a simple stamp. It’s not rocket science everyone there should be able to make transactions. Clearly a lot of training needed in place here. Let’s just hope my mail actually gets mailed… pretty important document to just trust them to stamp it for me when whoever returns. Had to pay a whole dollar for a single stamp because they refused to make a sell and give me change.

The front desk Clerk "Kym W." was terrible! She was Rude, Disrespectful, and Extremely Unprofessional!!
Thankfully I sent an email regarding my bad experience and was contacted by Managers. They provided me with perfect service. I hope my experience is better next time.

There is a good change your bills will be delivered to the wrong house, repeated, FOR YEARS ON END. There is also a chance that something that SHOULD NOT BE FOLDED will be folded in half and creased before being crammed into the mailbox.Years of complaints have done nothing, nothing will change, just know that if your mail is being delivered from here, there is a good chance it could be damaged by the person delivering your mail.Thank fux this was something other than a diploma. I can't WAIT to see him tomorrow.
