Don’t expect to get your important documents in the mail if you live in an apartment from this place. Apparently it’s common for the post master to return these to sender. I guess delivering mail where it says it needs to go is rocket science for this post office.

Clerk handed me over to a manager when I asked about an address issue possibly resulting in a lost package heading my way. Manager not only didn’t answer my initial question but absolutely went off on me when I had a follow up question. I called the USPS phone number and they helped me immediately even though I asked the same thing. Avoid the physical location if possible.

i had an appointment for my passport at 12:30 wasnt seen until 1pm and they skipped over the guy next to me and his was at 12pm, as i sat there waiting for my appointment i noticed there was only ONE passport agent, and every single person in there she made conversation with instead of doing her job, i do not recommend coming here if you are on a time crunch. YOU miss your appointment time its a problem and you have to reschedule but if THEY miss it, its ok.

Worthless for anything passport related.
Was told by multiple employees since I had a fully filled out passport application that it would be taken “next” multiple times- Despite that fact every time it came to be my turn I was skipped.
I waited for HOURS.
Every time someone new walked in I was skipped in favor of them even by people with no “appointments”.

Staff is very professional. They have some very difficult customers to deal with and cooperating with them makes the process go smoothly for everyone else.

My post man does not delivered my mail correctly some days he leaves it at the wrong address 3days a week.

Some staffs here are an absolute example of immaturity and rudeness. Don’t expect “how can I help you” from them when you enter the office. They don’t even stop scrolling their screens when customers are talking or asking something.

Have walked into this post office at least once and called multiple times to try and schedule an appointment or get a walk-in time. When I called again today and informed the woman on the phone of this she insisted I was a liar and called me that multiple times. Unfortunately, that has been exactly the case at this location. When I walked in, the person behind the counter informed me they were not capable of looking up appointments and would not accept walk-in appointments for another 4 weeks. It seems as though the communication inside this branch is lacking and they do not have any empathy for anyone who cares to point that out or is asking for assistance. Better luck working with a post office that is based somewhere else if you care to work with individuals who see you as a person and not a waste of their time

Stay away if you are a business owner!!!! I guess the third time is a charm. After missing packages for three times, I will no longer go to this branch. I recently dropped 10 packages with a mix of pre-paid priority and ground advantage. They had not been properly scanned when they first came in. So when they left the city, scanning was not guaranteed. Now I completely lost the tracking information. I went in and politely inquired, but immediately got silenced because they know it better. I was also told it’s optional for them to scan , and that was BS. All other branches scan pre-paid labels right away or no later than when they leave their branch. Recent change of their leadership is reflecting how much worse this place is getting on top of it already being the worst. I know USPS in this city is experiencing some hardship but still…

Kind and helpful people. Not enough people having a regular day get on and rate the post office so I thought I'd take the time to tell you this place is great. They get stuff done. Sometimes it's really busy. Sometimes you're the only one in line. It's a post office.

I forwarded my mail online 2 months prior to moving. I also went inside the branch I moved from and presented my identification as well. I have never gotten one piece of forwarded mail and I have lived at my new residence for 4 months now and I know for certain there was plenty. I have gotten junk mail in my name only. Never have I ever seen a Federal organization work in this manner who is responsible for residents personal items and mailings.

Poor customer service. When you ask for clarification they roll their eyes and give you attitude. I’m allowed to inquire about my package.

Please consider more timely customer service. It is frustrating to stand in line for 20+ minutes without additional help coming to the checkout counter. This is very unfortunate and needs improvement immediately.
