Terrible terrible service. They lie on the phone, then they do not answer their phone. The man who says he is the manager has no idea what he is doing. He said I could get my package then didn’t let me. I’m very upset and will not be using them. Avoid this place at all costs.

Trai was awesome 👍🏽👍🏽!! He was helping customers in line ahead of time to let them know what they needed. He was kind and efficient. He's a Manager so he was knowledgeable as well. Thank you!!

Post office (Speedway) supposed to be open at 8:30a lobby at 5:30a. It is 8:44a, and the doors are still locked. If they have changed the time to 9a they need to update the website and the map quest because it still says open at 8:30a. If they are opening late due to the storm last night, then they needed to have posted a sign or come tell us instead of having all of us out here lined up like idiots....ijs

Monday hours are 8:30-6. Came at 3:00 and doors were locked. I guess they just show up to work whenever they feel like.

Trai was on the phone the entire time during our visit . He was so busy on his phone call that when we were trying to pick our delivery option he seemed annoyed with us and kept reaching around the counter hitting the 5$ amount and we weren’t understanding . Then he leaned around the counter and goes “y’all don’t apply for first class “ Didn’t even say bye and our transaction was complete . The other lady at the counter wish I got her name , she was professional and kept the line moving .

Terrible service.
Bad attitude.
I drove 30 minutes to reach this open branch, and they didn't serve me, even though it was 30 minutes away from closing.

The clerk #30 was just nasty to people.
Jobs should be made to fit personality types. Some people have no business being in the front lines, they are sad and spead sadness. Wrong all the way.
