I got anxiety every time I have to come to this USPS location because of how she treated me and most of people she serving especially the immigrants. I know exactly what lady everyone is talking about. She doesn’t deserve a job in customer service. She treats all the customers like nothing, and I don’t think she’s being hold accountable for her behavior. I guess management is okay with how she is treating the customers. She is skipping people in line.Treat immigrants like they don’t belong or like they’re stupid because of language barrier. She’s making lots of mistakes when entering the customers address in the systems, which cause lots of packages got lost or being returned to senders.

I Walked into the post office today and the postal worker was very friendly to the black man in front of me. I walked up to the counter she scanned my package and threw it from the counter to the opening for the packages. Hope it didn’t tear or damage my package. She circled my tracking number and that was it. That was the first time I felt discriminated against. It made me feel sad. I try very hard not to be like that . First bad experience and I’ve been coming here for 2 years.

I've been to many locations for USPS and all of them were great. This one could have been had it not been for the clearly unprofessional work ethics and impolite manners of lady that I talked to. She had an extremely intense attitude towards everyone for absolutely no reason. She made me so sick with her attitude and rude language that I just left to another location without a word after waiting in the line for about 30 min.

In a workplace like this you require first a good attitude and presentation. My experience ? The complete opposite. Older female Clerk has no patience with customers and looks at you waiting on you to figure it out obliviously; rather than putting herself in your shoes and try to better explain to comprehend shipping and handling subjects that I clearly have no idea about cause I don’t work there. Me still confused and trying to figure it out doesn’t even let me finish & calls someone else, moved on to the next person and had some dude come next to me DIDNT even bother to say excuse me and only she only said to scoot over. And then on to the next one which was a Lady who foreign and didn’t speak English so she had to pullHer phone out and talk to the phone for the phone to translate and was being hella rude and huffing and puffing cause she had to go an extra mile to communicate with her. She just got to go. Or do better cause honey I had to go elsewhere and had a lot of trouble with weight limits and repackaging my items and it was a hassle but not cause I went over to THE USPS @ 6401 Gateway Dr. & the Older Male clerk was extremely patient & got my stuff shipped. I had to go else where cause I knew with her and her attitude it wasn’t even an option for me.

Every time I’ve come here I’ve been met with nasty workers with ugly attitudes. Avoid this location at all costs.

I guess it wasn't the employee's fault, but I got jumped on for taking the most deliberately harmless photos of the interior here (like public notices and brochures; and deliberately not people, nor mail, nor packages, nor anything else I could reasonably imagine being controversial.) It seems that there are some lame and overly vague post office regulations about that, even if it's true that nobody has ever been prosecuted.Still, it was a bit of a shock to be surprised with a stern command, "You can do that outside, young man!" (I'll point out that I'm not young, even if I look it; and I can't take pictures of the post office interior while outside.)

What’s hilarious is that I know exactly which lady everyone is talking about without them even having to say. She’s can absolutely rube you the wrong way….

The old lady that runs the front desk is extreme snarky and rude, instead of providing me tape she caught a passive aggressive mood, will not be returning to this post office

Reviews about rude staff checkout.Came in today to pick up a package from an international seller I never received.Lady working the desk was extremely rude with me, blaming me for not checking my tracking(which was never updated).Definitely need a restructure in management or new training for the people who work here.

Not the most pleasant place but the woman with braids working the counter is always helpful. The line is always kinda long but moves quickly. My mail seems to get lost quite a lot but I'm not sure if that's this place's fault or not.

Moved into a new apartment. Needed to visit the post office to request a key for the mail box at my complex. Paid for the key. Been 2 months and still haven't gotten it.Also, every time I've visited, I told them to put my incoming mail on hold. And every time I come back in, they say they had no idea my mail was meant to be on hold. Most staff are very rude or short with you. This place is completely dysfunctional.

I don't understand what is going on with our USP service, But it's not right to steal or misplaced people's mail I have tried being patient but the federal government needs to step in.
