I appreciate that this office has a dropoff counter for prepaid packages. Recently, though, they've been closing randomly - which is hard to plan around. There is no schedule to it, but about half the time I go now, there is a printed out sign on the door explaining that they are closed for a "break." Today, I got there at 2pm, the door was locked, and the sign said they'd be back at 3pm. If they don't have enough personnel to remain open during their business hours, I wish they would at least make their closures regular so customers could plan around it.

The workers here are all so sweet and kind. I always enjoy my brief conversations with them throughout the week. Also, although mail takes longer to arrive to the satellite office, it’s worth it because it’s a small office and feels very homey.

Went to this post office today. The employees were rude , unprofessional and refused to move a finger to help. And they are complaining how they are ready to leave work at 3:30 pm. Excuse me? You don’t lift a finger, you give your customers attitude and you are complaining how tired you are? From what? Scrolling on TikTok? Absolutely disgusting

Why would you have a post office with no mailbox out front capable of accepting packages…

Consistently rude and belittling. It’s like they take pleasure in disrespecting people for no reason. I would rather go out of my way to visit another store than return here.

If only I could give negative stars! I've never been treated with such disrespect and distane over nothing!

Internet was down- no estimate when it would be back up and staff was neither friendly nor apologetic. Customers kept coming and the staff didn’t notify them upon arrival that it would impact them as they selected cards or boxes or items to buy. I selected stamps and went to pay then was informed at payment that machines are not working. In 2023 people don’t often have cash, and a heads up would be helped. I brought my toddler into the cold and will mot be back to such an unreliable place. I can see why this has 2 stars. That’s generous.

Attendants are always in a poor mood. Never seem happy to help their customers. Many, but not all give you a very difficult time and insist you print a new label because measurements were a tad off. Worst USPS in Indianapolis

Didn’t deliver a time-sensitive package because the “location was not accessible.” Didnt tell me what inaccessible about my front porch. Not sure delivery was attempted because I was home at the time they allegedly stopped.

This is one of the least pleasant post offices I ever go to. They do their job but they’re not very friendly. The enforce every little detail others are flexible about. I can’t get mad at them about it really but when they won’t except a credit card because the back isn’t signed or something isn’t printed clear enough for them it’s a drag. On the upside, the building is cool and it is a neat one to be in.

They missed placed equipment that is worth 1300 dollars. And I am stuck with paying somebody that much money with even having the items because the post office equipment is out of date. The carrier I talked to was nice and is still looking for it but should have never happened in the first place. Absolutely horrible

WAIT! Hold on for one second and ask yourself, “do I feel like interacting with an extremely unhappy and upsetting person today?” If the answer is yes, go ahead and visit this US post office. The staff will make you want to rip up all of their boxes and send their lazy a** through the mail. Don’t go here! I’m just now leaving the location with some negative energy that I will now have to shake.
