Paid for a new lock for my shared mailbox since the previous occupant didn't leave one. Website says it's free. It's actually $16. Told it usually took 2 weeks. Over a month still no key. Dec 26th called at 8:30a put on hold for 30 mins with no check back on me. Then the location ignored my calls for the rest of the day. I was not rude or demanding, they just have no desire to offer any service. Kalima Dumas the "customer service manager" let me know that they didn't make keys at my apartment complex" PROBLEM. I don't live at an apartment complex. Held me back another 2 weeks. Lied to me about them contacting me to get me a refund since they couldn't make the key. Then after 2 weeks of lying to me finally got me the keys. All of my mail had been sent back stealing hours and hours more of my life as I try to get in touch to get bills, checks that had been sent to me etc resent in time to meet deadlines.
Kalima Dumas is terrible at her job. She doesn't care in any way, never answers the phone, never answers her email unless there is a ticket in to the main post office about her. She should NOT be in her position.

The Postal system is a joke and I believe it's time to consider dumping this worthless entity. The snow as minor as it was in some areas has caused major stoppages of delivery. I went to the local office to pick up my mail since it was too difficult to deliver and was told that it was on a truck and would be delivered in no more than 2 hrs. We'll here it is 20 hrs. later and still no mail and mind you I haven't received any for 1 week and a day. The postal system has been failed for quite some time and as usual they blame wages being too low and equipment but neither is true. The problem is we have created a welfare system that is due for an overhaul, long overdue. Keeping the postal system makes as much sense as keeping a car with a blown engine and trans because the radio works.

One of the worst post office in Indianapolis Indiana , the manager is very rude and will say anything to get you off of the phone, on 1/08/2025 I waited until 8pm for mailto be delivered it wasn't,the weather wasn't that bad the kids stood on the bus stop ,the Post Office was closed on Thursday, on Friday my Wednesday mail wasn't delivered but my Friday mail was delivered, I called the lady said the mail was backed up , today is Saturday I still don't have my Wednesday mail , my daily mail digest isn't showing any backed up mail being delivered my insurance check was showing it would be delivered on Wednesday, my niece check was delivered on Wednesday on the East side,

The service and attention here has been a complete disaster. My mailbox was broken 4 months ago. I'm asking them to fix it and they charged me $60. It's been 4 months and they don't know where my key is and they don't fix the mailbox either. I can't access my emails and I have important documents to review and I can't open it. I call the main office and they tell me to break down the mailbox. I mean, at the post office they tell me to break a mailbox instead of fixing it. I have gone every day, I make a complaint and no one does anything. On top of this, some of the staff are friendly, others are very very rude.

building is inaccessible because the handicap door buttons do not function, also the employees were unwilling to help so i was stuck in the building til someone else came inside.

Total degree of dissatisfaction, never seen before!!!! Since August 23, we sent 1 package to Opa Locka, Florida, which was supposed to arrive in 3 days and today is September 2 and the screenshot of the system shows it. On the other hand, they sent 2 packages dated August 24 and we paid for 2-day express shipping to the same address, one of them keeps going from installation to installation and the other shows that it has not yet left Indiana police, we went to the post office and the response in a very bad way was that we had to wait 1 month from the shipping date to complain, our questions are the following: - Why do they violate my rights ???? Why do they violate the delivery time that I paid for, no one is sending it to me for free, ??? Why don't they return the one that for some reason has not yet left Indiana police ??? Apparently the USPS service is no longer reliable and we will have to use the services of other companies, in summary we need and deserve answers and actions.
