Very bad service of this usps location they had to deliver my package first of all its been late from its date Secondly they uploaded their status when their location was closed that your address is unknown we return it back to sender without even letting me know they don't even contacted me single time to get the solution of this and guess what i was checking the status of my package in every 5 minutes and after 2 hours the site was showing that your address is unknown when their location was closed when i contacted the customer care of usps they said its not in case to contact you i mean then whats in the case men if you do not find any proof of residence with the your sort of finding then you should had to contact me atleast one time to get the proof of residency i don't know how do you get to know about that i am not living on location which i provided by sender on the package i was living here from last two years its a completely negligence of usps and its simply an act to harass a customer.

Been there 5-10 times and everytime it’s the slowest employees, long lines, no sense of urgency. Worst USPS. Went in there today and waited 10 mins no employees ever came to the counter. By the time I left there was 5-6 people there waiting. They were open for almost 2 hours at this point.

Need to stop saying they do passport walk ins because they don’t !! And the tax dollars we pay for them to hire incompetent workers is worthless it’s a shame that they hire literally ANYBODY to work for these places nowadays cause they don’t want to do their jobs at all place was literally empty and they couldn’t even do a damn passport walk in lazy asses

If they tell you they have walk in hours for passports, they’re lying. I came in during the hour they told me walk ins were allowed and I was told to leave.

An employee at the front desk at this location is giving out wrong information when it comes to passports. Not sure of worker name but she sits on a stool behind the desk and wears glasses. She would not process my “RENEWAL” of my passport card because I wanted to add the book. She kept telling me I needed to fill out a whole other application which is not true and proceeded to try to make me an appointment that was weeks out and to close to my trip. I declined and went to another location. This could have really messed up someone plans by her giving out false information.

I watched a postal worker THROWING packages into the large dump bins in the back. I advised her not to do that as it's rude and no one wants to receive a broken package. She was uncaring and said people should buy insurance. This is very wrong that workers are doing this!

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but 3 packages I dropped off haven’t moved in 5 days while ones dropped off at other post offices have.

Went to pick up a spare key because I couldn’t find my mailbox key.
1. The clerk first told me I was lying when I told her that I didn’t have three sets of keys.
2. When I filled out the 2 forms to get a spare key, the lady who called me a liar to begin with was helping someone.
Another lady just walked up behind him. (Who got there long after I got there)
When she finished with the gentleman she was assisting, she quickly turned to the other lady and asked her to step forward. When I held up the forms and said “I was here first, and I filled these out already the clerk said “you have to pay for it. Hold on.” and then turned to assist the lady who just walked up.
I left the forms on the counter and left.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Just spoke to “Toy”, in regard to my MEDICINE. That has been sitting at this location for DAYS. Not even scanned. No updates in close to a WEEK. Extremely insensitive to the fact that this is a medical necessity, that I paid next day delivery for over 10 DAYS AGO. And still have not received. Refused to even have anyone get up and go look or do so herself. Oh and she made sure to remind me about 5 times that she’s the manager after I asked to speak to a higher up. BE PREPARED FOR UNPROFESSIONALISM, UNORGANIZATION, & a migraine when dealing with these people.

Horrible service, packages never on time , never ship post office unless you want your package handled roughly and are never on time and no one cares, worst service ever!!!
