Waited for a supervisor for an outrageous amount of time. They could have cared less. 15+ - 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, the man looks at me and says, “She’s busy.” I said, “Me too.”

Very hostile environment. The employees seem like they absolutely hate their job, their attitude is extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s uncomfortable walking in there, and customer service is clearly not a priority. Disappointing experience.

Just moved to Indiana & needed a P.O. Box. 1st time getting one. The Big set lady with big hair & glasses, sure knows how to be rude. Her attitude & tone with me was uncalled for. I definitely chose the wrong location to set up a P.O. Box. But things happen for a reason, & I will definitely choose a different post office to handle my needs. Stay away from this location!!!

ZERO STARS is more like it, they have bad wigs, attitudes and poor customer service early in the damn morning. I suggest they learn to heed the sign on their own damn door while they continue to act rudely in an open public building like someone won’t drag them outside or worse. I said what I said there’s no need for the way they are treating customers who are simply walking into the building and or asking general questions.

I’m new to Indianapolis I moved not to long ago and still trying to figure out everything. I tired calling them on Friday and no one answered, I called about 5 minute ago and had to be on hold for about 10 minutes that not the problem the problem is that the lady that answered the phone already had an attitude before me even asking my question and To be completely honest I just hung up on her because that was disrespectful and unprofessional she needs to find a new job or something

I applied and paid for my new mailbox keys on 11/26/24 and Kettie completed the yellow hold mail card at the same time. I have been to this location multiple times including today to get my keys and mail. Informed Delivery shows I have mail but no one knows where it is. Multiple people in my apartment complex have had the same problem for the past 6 months. The workers are rude, dismissive, and don’t care. I have heard the supervisor and employees make rude comments about the customers. What do I have to do to get my mail box keys and mail released? Is there a ransom I’m not aware of? This is appalling!!

Horrible employees, especially at the counter. Mail delivery and pickup is unreliable when they have a sub on the route. One employee would rather spend her time on her cell phone than help customers and it is always I don't know how to do that. Train her or fire her. One of the worst run offices I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I moved to this area from the Nora district and never had a problem with their subs or service in the office.
