*USE THIS USPS LOCATION with caution*
Go to a Indy location or the extra miles to the mooresville location: Paid postage(have the receipt) they took my non-machinables from me and said “I have nothing to do so I will get these on here” and 2 weeks later they were placed in my P.O. Box WITH the red “non-machinable” stamp on there but no postage.
So- not only do I have to refund the orders that are late and now worry about the impact the reviews will have on my future sales
I will say, the process is very simple for the usps to open an investigation.
UPDATE *more receipts with tracking and weighted did not arrive at their destination within 15 days*

This week I have had numerous things supposed to be delivered to my mailbox but not there all week. I stopped important things because this has happened before, camby mail is very bad service, beware

I tried to call the local office, but only reach the main 800 line. I wanted to speak to a supervisor to say THANK YOU because our mail carrier is so kind. He's always here around the same time every day and my kids LOVE saying hello. If my kids hear him, they run to the door. He left a Christmas card in our mailbox. We made him some cookies and he wrote a thank you note. He's just such a kind person and we are grateful he is our mail carrier.
