My aunt sent me something and usps said it was mailed to me weeks ago every day I v check it isn't there. My mail is missing or stolen and it was a check in there now my elderly aunt has to cancel the check. These ppl are backwards.

just do not know why we have not gotten any mail since 1/4/2025 what is going on they deliver packages but no mail we all have bills to pay with no mail for the bills we can not pay them so who pays late charges

One of your drivers just about ran me over as I was getting off the bus on Washington Street, there is a reason for the right lane to be closed, it's not an emergency lane for your trucks

The outside mailbox is only usable for people in trucks or suvs. Seniors must get out of cars to walk up to box. Not patron friendly

They used a box cutter on my package and stole my items. Very bad experience . I’m sure it’s not the first time that this has happened. They need to be federally investigated.

Them Mfas don’t like to work I swear dec 4th “Ant” fat head a$$ was suppose to look into a missing certified letter of mines. Took my name and number said he would call… he never did. I called customer service they said theyll look into it, sent me a email a couple days later saying it would be out for delivery the 11th. 3 days pass I just decided to go there and pick it up since didnt nobody come to deliver or call to update me. I didn’t come in with an attitude either, its 4:50pm “Ant” is helping an old man and he’s clearly frustrated with the man speaking rudely to him. As soon as Ant Andre 3000 looking a$$ seen me he closing his line and starts count down his draw. With a line full of people I’m not understanding why but okay. So this lady who hair line receding like a mfa and also had a nasty attitude started helping me. I’m telling her everything that has went on with the letter and as I’m speak Ant stepped on bug looking a$$, buts in and say “how did usps send you a email saying anything they don’t send emails”. This is when I got a attitude cause don’t but in saying nothing when it’s a line full of customers and you just soo ready to clock out you can’t assist no one. I told him to stay his a$$ over there and that he didn’t need to be saying NOTHING since his line was closed. If he wanted to put his 2 cents in he should’ve assisted me in the first place. Long story short they didn’t have the letter Dec 13th and it now has been sent back to sender. But I’m confused on how something that was “missing” was sent back. EXACTLY they lazy tails never looked for it and if the did they didn’t look enough. All these complaints about Ant his scooby doo looking a$$ should be fired.

I unloaded 5 heavy boxes and got them all the way in to the service counter. Then I was informed that there was no clerk today and that I should go to another location! I suggested that they post something in the parking lot when there is no window service, but I was told that "we don't for that." Obviously!The dozen people who followed me were equally frustrated.

Agree with other review about the employee"Ant". My box needed Taped shut. He hands me the tape machine, with the tape all messed up. Apparently Expecting me, to fix the tape, hold the box, to tape it. Then "Ant", tells me to move out of the line so he can help the ppl behind. I said, I don't have to mail anything through USPS, and walked out. Very unprofessional!

Can't mail things at the post office, what's the point? Always closed, long lunches and now they can only accept pre postage paid items, you cant even send a package here unless you go to another branch to get the post office supplies.... This branch is a JOKE! No wonder the postal service struggles.

Guy with the name tag “Ant” is by far the most unpleasant and unprofessional postal employee have ever encountered. Definitely applied for the wrong position.

I notice when I come into the post office the two African American women are usually polite however the younger one of the two is very aggressive controlling and very very flirtatious and it makes me uncomfortable. I'm a happily married man who loves my wife and I'm only in the post office to send things out to my daughter or buy mailing stamps. I'm not there to be provoked into bad behavior. Thank you all.
