For starters they really need to lower theyre prices which has nothing to do with the vet themselves these are animals not full grown adult people cost over $800 to put down and cremate thats insane but They are very amazing people with the up most respect for you and your animals our dog started suffering we rushed him in told them he had lung cancer he's starting to suffer and he needed to be put down they didn't hesitate took him straight back seen he wasn't doing good at all and acted very quickly so thanx for that

We were turned away and told they don’t see emergency visits. Disappointing.

Morgan at the front desk lied to me several times and was just horribly rude using a demeaning tone during the entire conversation speaking to me like an idiot. I still don’t know how to give my cat it’s meds after an hour of back and forth!

I had been taking both of my dogs to Beech Grove VCA for several years for shots and exams and also for grooming. Many times no one was at the reception area when we arrived and often left the front desk several times well trying to check in or check out. A receptionist should be able to call in the back to let another employee know that an appointment is here or someone is there to pick up their animal. A receptionist is called a receptionist for a reason. I always loved the veterinarians and the assistance. It was obvious they loved dogs. As time went on I began to realize it felt more like a business to make money than a service to animals. I always got my animals groomed there and of course they require a rabies shot and kennel cough. It wasn't long before they were then requiring a flu shot to have the animals groomed. I quit going as I do not have the money and I felt it was just about more money. I also believe that many vets push heartworm shots and other medications to make money and I am tired the greed over people and animals. People used to become vets because they loved animals and now they become vets for the money first and it's become backwards. I am a single retired teacher who can barely afford to go to the doctor or dentist myself. It is sad that so many people cannot afford to take such an important part of their family to the vet because of the outrageous costs. Of course it's just like everything else in America, profits first.

These people are the best! They treat our dogs (the American Staffordshire Terrier and our younger Pocket Pittie) with the respect that 2 good boys deserve. The AM Staff has separation issues, and the Pocket is a nut bag! Anyway, they are the best vet on the Southside!

These people are crooks, they were going to charge me $3000 for a cat and had another vet do the same thing for $550. This shows they don't care about animals because they were going to let me put my cat to sleep rather than save his life. He is still alive no thanks to these money hungry clowns...

THE RUDEST PEOPLE!!! I called before my appointment to ask what the total was going to be for the services as my minpin was having multiple shots done, and the receptionist acted like she had no idea the cost of any shots at all, (so if you’re a new customer trying to call this place forget about it because they can’t tell u the cost of ANYTHING over the phone) so then I have another very rude tech say they are too busy to total up cost before appointments. So basically they are too busy to tell their PAYING CUSTOMERS how much they will be PAYING for the service, but of course they have time to try to push extra services on you that are not needed!

Worst vet ever! I had 3 dogs this office was their vet! 2020 they couldn’t make time to put my 15 year old dog down even though though they were his vet.Had to go to Noah’s. 2021 took 2nd dog for end of life appointment and Doctor Assured me they would be able to put him down when he was ready. Couple weeks go by and I call them cause he is ready they tell me that they will call back 4 hours later I call back because I hear nothing! Oh were sorry we can’t to it. Go to Noah’s again. Now my last dog has ear infection and they can’t see him for 9 days place is a total joke and doesn’t care about you or your pets.absolutely pathetic what they did to my other dogs

Everyone here is a professional and their care for the animals is evident. My boy Tosin loves his girls, especially Abby. They are always very busy, so scheduling may be an issue at times. They are also a little more expensive than other vets I've seen. But for the level of care they provide, it's well worth it.

I like this location, and the staff is helpful when you need them to be. There is long hold/wait times & it is PRICEY. I bought a deworming topical for my cat the other day for $37 for ONE DOSE & I was just on chewy and found it for $13.99!!! I am attaching a picture for reference. I am not sure how they judge on who can come into the hospital and who can’t.. I do know that some of there clients they let enter and some they do not.. which is weird. Bottom line is they do their job.

I take my 2 Chihuahua babies Alita and Gigi to this location and I couldn't be more pleased. ITs a bit inconvenient to not be able to go into the office but the care has not changed. Every person I have talked to there is very kind and I feel comfortable leaving my babies there. The prices are not the fault of the Vet. We knew that having dogs can be expensive especially with Chihuahuas. Yes sometimes it hits us hard in the wallet but I have found that having the Care Club has saved us a bunch. I highly recommend paying that monthly fee. You wont regret it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

Dr Kloft and all the staff were wonderful when we had to take our kitty in on July 4th. They let us know the time wait and costs up front. Our kitty was having problems breathing due to an upper respiratory infection and our vet was closed due to the holiday. They whisked her beck to an oxygen kennel right away. X-rays showed she had a lower respiratory infection. The entire staff was helpful and patient with us. Thank goodness they are so close to us.

My dog has gone to this location since I've had him. So when he got a UTI I brought him in without am appointment thinking they cared about dogs and could help quickly. The lobby is still closed so the receptionist over the phone told me they're booking appointments at the end of the month. It's literally July 2. So my dog is just supposed to be uncomfortable and peeing until the end of the month? Extremely disappointed and will not bringing my baby back to this location or any other VCA because they clearly don't care.
