I had two visits for my transaction. On the first, the sales rep did not talk through any of the financial implications of what we were doing before we made changes. After further research I now know I made the incorrect choice in the store and will have to fix that mistake. This is partially my mistake, but it seems to me that discussing the financial impact should be a first step when making account changes, not something done after the changes are made.
On the second visit, I was coming in to pick up my purchase. I was “helped” by another sales representative, different than the first. He went to the back room to grab my product, three items that I had confirmed deliveries for from UPS and FEDEX, in my email. He looked for a minute, found one of my items, and returned. He insisted the other two items had not been delivered. I showed him the proof of deliveries that confirmed deliveries two days before. He looked again, didn’t find them. We went back and forth like this for 20 minutes, and he made me feel like I was wasting his time. Finally we call UPS to confirm the delivery information. While we are on the phone a completely different sales rep who was not assisting me finds my product within about 20 seconds of looking.
Your representatives are incompetent and don’t perform the most basic aspects of their positions. What is the point of an outside sales company that isn’t bringing any value to the customer? Why, after each visit to your store, do I feel like I made a mistake just by walking in the door? And why does it feel like it’s my fault when your representatives are incompetent? I and my family won’t be returning to this location or any other cellular sales location. I’ll be encouraging my friends to avoid you as well. Thank you for a terrible experience.

Joey was so helpful while helping me upgrade my iPhone! I was a little worried my godson was crying too much but him and his team were great and even played around with my godson. You guys are amazing!

Brian Brooks took great care of us at Verizon. He went above staying late to make sure we were serviced and taken care of. He walked through everything with us and reviewed our bill with us and took the time to explain it. Wonderful service.

After years of buying my wifi in connection with my cable service, I switched my wifi to Verizon. The service provided by Brian was top-notch (I understand that he is moving to lead one of the Fisher offices and I plan to follow him) He walked me thru the process and my service is up and running as soon as I got home. Awesome!! THe price is also great!! In an age when so many rechnology companies send you to voice mail hell, it was so refreshing to work with a knowledgible and pleasant representative of Verizon. Well done, Brian!

Great experience at this store! Harold kept me informed and took care of every question so I knew exactly what I was getting into. He helped me find the best deal on a new Galaxy watch and even took me to a neighboring Verizon store to pick it up so I wouldn't have to wait for delivery. This store remains my go-to in Indy. Highly recommend going here for outstanding customer service!
