Stopped in yesterday to see what my options were in regards to my phone screen which was not working properly and as of the time I stepped out of the door this is the only Verizon store I'll be using in the future! Everyone who helped me was caring about my situation and needs, super-efficient, and very helpful. Unfortunately I didn't remember to get anyone's name before I left but I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you!!!

I was helped with several things but mainly because my GPS was not talking to me. But when I got back to the car to go home it wouldn't talk. I am new to this area and everywhere there is construction going on. I can't keep looking down at map. My voice on the GPS is united but won't speak.

Wish you could give less stars. Courtney or the manager as she likes to call herself needs to learn how to do. Her job managers are not supposed to be the rudest people in the store. She will tell you she can’t do certain things, but you can call customer service phone number and they will tell you yes she can and yes they can i’m guessing that by the other reviews, Courtney is only pleasant to work with when she is making money off of the customer herself otherwise she will try to push you off on someone else and then she will try to get into the business that you are dealing with with someone else she needs to be fired. If you need someone to replace her Logan is an amazing, helpful, respectful employee who should take her position I will do anything I can to never return to this location. If I have to return to this location, I will call to make sure that Logan is there and Courtney is not because I know Courtney will try to get into business that Logan is helping with someone fire immediately

Manager is very rude, she doesn’t want to help, annoyed by any service request, unless you are there to buy, she is not interested in helping!

I recently had a terrible experience at the Verizon store due to the extremely rude behavior of the manager, Riley. I arrived well within the posted business hours, yet Riley locked the door and refused to let me in. When I tried to inquire about why the door was locked, Riley was incredibly dismissive and rude. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and courtesy from a manager. I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.
