Abysmal customer service. Phone is inappropriately locked to Verizon and not functional leaving in person visit my only Avenue of support. Store manager would take no ownership of the situation after visiting the store for the second day in a row and in fact told me they were "too busy" to assist when there was only one other customer in the store.

I got my pixel phone there and I came back a couple of times. The last time I came back the young man was helping me and he told me he had to take a personal call and when I came I waited and waited. He never came back. He stayed on his personal call. And all the employees was just sitting there talking with one another and no one helped me with my situation. So I just got up and left but I've been trying to figure out my phone myself. I was very upset about the situation with my phone. I still been having problems with the phone. I don't know if I would ever come to this Verizon place again. I told my son about it. I thought it was very unprofessional the way I was treated. Sincerely yours, Joyce Avery.

As a dedicated business owner, I recently acquired the T67 LTE DESK PHONE to enhance my office operations and sought assistance from Verizon's business solutions team to navigate One Talk. Unfortunately, my experience has been a far cry from the professionalism and support I anticipated.Despite my persistent efforts – which included visits to two other locations and conversations with two representatives – I was left frustrated and without a solution for my after-hours forwarding setup. Turning to this specific Verizon location, I held hope due to previous positive encounters and the reputation of the business solutions manager, Jaime.Regrettably, today shattered those expectations. Jaime's approach was perplexing; he first stated that assisting with One Talk was solely the customer's responsibility, then contradicted himself by offering support – an inconsistency that left me puzzled. Given my prior productive interactions with Jaime regarding business solutions, I was taken aback by his sudden reluctance to aid.My frustration deepened when Jaime not only refused to assist but also declined to share his supervisor's contact details. This left me not only stranded in my hour of need but also questioning the company's commitment to customer support. The fact that a manager could not provide the same level of service that was previously extended was disheartening.This lack of accountability has directly impacted my business operations, prompting me to contemplate a significant change – transferring my 12 business lines from Verizon to a provider that values and understands the urgency of seamless business solutions. It's disheartening that my legitimate needs were dismissed, and I find myself burdened with resolving an issue that should have been addressed with care and efficiency.This review is a platform for my voice to be heard, as it seems Verizon is either unable or unwilling to address this glaring gap in customer service. As an entrepreneur, I believe in the privilege of accessing quality support that empowers my business growth. Every single time I go in there with an issue I leave unresolved. The best cellular service in the nation with the worst customer service in the nation. It's like you're begging me to take my money elsewhere.

When I started my phone plan I spent hours in store with an associate who really didn't know what he was doing for hours. Eventually other workers offered to help and "fixed" my order, but selected a different plan for me which was also a pain to fix.Now, two years later, I walk in ready for an upgrade. I tell the jittery associate exactly what I'm looking for and why, what promotion I saw online, and what my budget is. He proceeds to add on insurance I didn't ask for outside my budget, upgrade my monthly plan, and offer my an upgrade that should have only been $7-22 more a month for instead $56 more a month.When I edited my own cart to bring it down to what I expected and planned for, he was standoffish saying "well, you must have removed the insurance," and kept trying to sell me an Xbox or a new credit line or a number change. It was all about pushy add-ons. I left with nothing except a plan to switch to AT&T.
