UPDATE: The owner indicated in his response that he wanted to speak with me, I emailed as instructed and haven’t heard from them at all.Wow, the employee here must have used my phone to give them 5 stars… THIS PLACE IS SNEAKY AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I traded in my phone today, upgrading. I was initially happy with the service I was receiving, I was there a little longer than I’d like but the guy was really nice and helpful. He helped me pick out a case, a screen protector then remembered I’d need a charger, and then I asked about a camera protector. He happily “helped me out” by activating my new phone and transferred all my info to it, installed the screen protector and case. Then finally rang up my bill. $258. Which $86 was tax. I paid and went to car, then looked at the receipt. 1. The trade in of my old phone was not on my paperwork. 2. There was a $39.99 charge for “Ready&$Go” 3. The $12 camera protector was actually $14.99 4. The $30 charger was actually $34.99, 5. The screen protector was $39.99 not 30, 6. The case $40 not 35. I went back in to question what the Ready Go fee was and he said that was for the set up of my new phone, activating it and setting it up and installing the case and screen protector. I was floored. There was never any mental they would charge for this, no signs. He even said “I’ll get that all set up for you” The accessories had no visible pricing so I took his word for it. Now I’m worried that he didn’t really reset my old phone and who knows what they are going to do with it. I will be filing a complaint with Verizon Corporate and the BBB and the Attorney General’s office. This place is very unethical.

I stopped in the store to get help logging into my account. Mark worked patiently with me for a half hour plus to help me get the information I needed. Fantastic service!! I'll be purchasing my next phone from him.

Victor ( I hope this is correct name/ young African American male) was great! He was patient and helpful. He was working alone and was handling 4 customers at the same time. The level of service was exceptional!!!

Beware of this Verizon store. Their customer service is not in line with the reviews. Reviews should be taken with a grain of salt as there have been reports of employees writing fictitious reviews on behalf of customers while they have their phones.My family has experienced terrible customer service from this store. We went in to add phones to a family plan. The time for this to take place was an outrageous 2.5 hours and even then, it was not done correctly. Two days later, we are still trying to get one of the phones to work.In addition to the incompetence, this store also added phone protection plans (at an extra charge) that we were never informed or asked about. We did not and would not have approved these extra charges.Between trying to get the extra charges removed and trying to get the phone to work, myself and multiple family members have wasted hours and hours of time with Verizon.

Husband and I went to this location after go one at Michigan Rd. where nobody even open the door for us. We have waited for long time but when we got helped by Dave he was awesome, so patient, polite, funny, he explained us all the details of different plans, and take all the time without pushing us even we were there after closing time!Thank you Dave!!!
