From the moment upon entering the door I was greeted with a smile and approach of " I am here to assist you with all your eye needs and concerns". They were all taken care of diligently and quickly and politely. I highly recommend there services. You won't be disappointed.

So happy with the service I’ve received from this location, especially recently when the GM Mary went above & beyond in helping me with an insurance/contact order matter on a time crunch. I’ve been going to this Visionworks for several years now & have always had great experiences with all staff & I wouldhighly recommend this location to anyone looking for a smooth & efficient eye doctor experience.

The girls out front were very helpful and helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I am so excited about them!! And, DrV was wonderful, he listened to me when I told him about my eyes being so dry all the time and prescribed something for that. I'm so excited, I can't wait to get my glasses next week!!! Woohoo!!!

The ladies at the castleton mall location were great. They helped me, my husband and my daughter with eye wear. Q is amazing and i am forgetting the name of other two ladies. They were so easy going, helpful, cheerful, and helped us with all our insurance related things and selection of eye wear. Love them. I may just stop by at vision works to say hi to them if i am in the mall. They were so great.

Customer service was spot on. All employees were so nice and made me feel comfortable. Helped me branch out when picking my glasses instead of getting the same pair. From the minute I walked in to when I left my experience was 10/10

The one star is for the Dr., Colon. I brought up my concerns that I was still not seeing correctly after my contact fitting. She proceeded to repeatedly and very frustratingly raise her voice at me that I had confirmed what grade I wanted during the exam. She did not take my concerns seriously and I felt as if I was just bothering her to do her job. I also felt very rushed which later I found out she was going on vacation so maybe she was just ready to go. For a big and important purchase as this you’d think the Dr. would take you seriously. Will definitely not be coming back. Sucks because I actually really liked the rest of the staff and would give them five stars.

Excellent service every time we go. From the Doctor to the associates, they are all very helpful, understanding and make your time visiting the eye doctor worth while.We originally went in for an eye glass repair that could have taken days that took minutes. I was also able to schedule a same day appointment getting to see the doctor immediately.The staff at the Castleton location always go above and beyond for my family without hesitation. We appreciate the staff making our experience a pleasant one …..ALWAYS!

The five star is for the Doctor and the 2 staff members Not Mari she is all about her sales and not customer friendly or personable, yelling loud talking at staff ? not happy with her service, and very unfriendly did not fill comfortable with this women ! like she put the sale to were she could make money not what i preferred! But everything eles was was very pleasant ?

I was called the night before my appointment to tell me that they did not process my insurance and I must reschedule. They said that "nobody answered all week" when trying to call my insurance, and didn't bother to call me and tell me this until there was no option but to reschedule my appointment. First, I know that if called during business hours my insurance always picks up immediately. Second, they could have told me this before the night before. I could have reached out to them myself.Rather than reschedule, I chose to cancel. I can't imagine the headaches that would follow such a terrible first impression.

I had bad experience with appointment. No one picks call. With 6 mins delay without informing and also without canceling my appointment they booked another person.
