Kyla is absolutely the slowest employee I've ever encountered... PICK UP THE PACE! You have customers, doesn't mean take 10 mins to look for a prescription and dig through your purse while customers are waiting. Spent 15 minutes yesterday waiting to give the pharmacy a prescription order... took another 10 minutes today to get the prescription. Get a new job

Called in prescription 3 times from dr office and they say they never received it. Stopped by dr office and they called pharmacist directly to have him fill the prescription. Made 4th trip to Walgreens and pharmacist was rude stating the dr never called in the prescription. But they some how have it but they need dr approval to fill it. Went back to dr and they said they already approved the prescription to be filled. Pharmacist there has no customer service skills whatsoever. Very incompetent. Asked dr to call in prescription to cvs

This used to be my go to pharmacy.. this store now is my greatest nightmare.. the pharmacy is horrible.. no one working in store.. came here yet another day and waited for over an hour in line inside at 1030 am until now and did not get prescriptions I ha e been trying to get for 10 days now .. stupid.. if you cannot service the public then close the store.

Just waited 30 minutes in line for my 5 or olds medicatiion.when i pull up to the window they shut the window and laugh that they shut it in my face as I can still see through the curtain they pulled down. Drive somewhere else maybe they will care a bit more about the customer

Had to have appt for flu shot. Made it and told to wait in line before they would help. Six people in line. Now more than 20 minutes late for appointment. Really???

on hold for 45 minutes yes I hung on that long screen shot to prove then they picked up put me back on hold. called back was put on hold then rolled bbn over to lunch and not answered. was an issue with my rx they said they would call dr did not as I went this morning to verify they fixed the issue now cant verify if Walgreens has done their part

I have never, at any pharmacy, had to wait as long as I do at this one. On the rare chance that they actually have our medications ready at the promised time, we end up waiting 20 minutes to an hour without fail. Never an apology or an explanation, just snark and rudeness. I worked at a Walgreens for 4 years, and this is not how they are supposed to be operated. Floor team is pleasant though, the one star is strictly due to how exasperated we get every time we have to deal with the pharmacy. Pick up your prescriptions at any other pharmacy, seriously. I write this as we have been sitting in the drive through for 45 minutes (inside is never quicker), and there is still another car in front of us.

Tried to charge me more then 3X the amount of 3 other quotes, & sell me a part that I didn't need. Got my repairs done at Ralph's (whom I highly recommend!) and SAVED $450! And to be very clear, even another CarX (they are franchised, so not all same w/each other; some are good honest ppl) quoted me a respectable quote that was in line with Ralph's. This location is the one that tried to gouge this lady driver for more that 3X the amount of even their own fellow CarX franchise!!!

I really don't understand why any Walgreens is still selling cigarettes or tobacco at all and then your lines are long because people don't know what to buy behind the counter .. also their customer service people are the worst. are rude in there including the bald headed black glasses pharmacist with a BAD atttitude... what a j*** every time. Also you should have Uscans like CVS ...you lost a loyal customer today.

They told me my medicine would be ready in 20-25mins, ok great, I'll wait. When it's ready, they didn't even have all of it in stock. I asked could they transfer my script to another Walgreens pharmacy that may have it in stock (they can do this, because I've done it several times before), he told me no. He told me they would get a truck the next day and when they get it in and fill it, they would call me. I never received that phone call. This is the 3rd time this pharmacy has done this to me. I asked the doctor to send it to a different pharmacy from the beginning because I no longer live near this one, he did not

When I asked for an oil change, brake pads and A/C tune up, I was called back to the shop like the work was done. I paid and left. When I got home, I realized they didn't do an oil change. I called and explained the next day and was told by the front desk, his name is Vick, to circle on my receipt and come in for a free oil change because it was on them for falling thru the cracks. Went in to do this, my husband explained to Chuck and showed him the receipt. Came back to pick up the car and was charged over 40 dollars for an oil change. he acted like he had never heard of Vick, then after I explained more he came to realize yes there is a Vick. Don't trust their word, they won't follow through. Just like every other car repair place they care about money not customers. Definitely was excited until they screwed us like this.

I have always had a positive experience at the CAR-X on Thompson Road. Most recently, Steve and the guys, inspected my brakes free of charge. Thanks!
