There was ONE check-out clerk at front, and at the photo department, not even the check-out counter. Seven people in line. Pharmacy had line of at least five, only one counter open. This has become the normal for the Walgreens at 5580 Georgetown Road, Indianapolis. Not enough employees, shorter hours, including closed on weekends. No manager in site, not even when asked, shows up to help. NO EMPLOYEES ON FLOOR TO HELP OR ANSWER QUESTIONS. I’ve talked to employees and they admit they are short-staffed, also their hours gave been cut and poor pay. The pharmacy seems to now have employees at the counter who have no idea how to answer any pharmacy questions, nor even pronounce prescription names. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL EVERY TIME IN STORE, NO MANAGEMENT PRESENCE ON FLOOR, AND PHARMACY IS TERRIBLY SHORT-STAFFED….ALWAYS! Will be posting on FB pages! Tried ti write directly to contact info at Walgreens…..wanted store name and each time I tried fo gove, knocked me out of submitting, GROSSLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered one regular page to be printed black and white, one sided, at 10am, it said estimated to be picked up by 10:30, called about 2p and asked if/when it would be ready and they gave no explanation and just told me probably about 5p that evening. Finally just got an email the NEXT DAY at 1:30p that my order was ready. Safe to say I ordered it to be printed elsewhere and was able to pickup yesterday when I needed it. No idea why it took them over 24hrs to print the one page.

The cashier was incredibly rude. I'm recovering from surgery and still somewhat out of it, she wasn't helpful at all. Instead of being at the normal cash register, she was at the photo center, and treated me like I was stupid when I didn't know to go there instead. Nobody helped me even though I repeatedly asked. Horrible customer service and so so rude.

Extremely rude staff! I was calling to see if they had a certain product in stock before driving the 20 minutes there. They answered the phone, repeated my question I asked them and when they couldn't answer it, they hung up. I called back thinking it was an accident and the same thing happened. I called again and they wouldn't even answer, the instead picked up the phone and put me on hold, they did this about 3 more times before the manager had answered the phone. He answered my question but wouldn't give me the employees names who were being extremely rude to me, as I could hear all of them laughing in the background. Will be calling corporate, it's completely unacceptable! It is there job to do this!

As always I love going into this Walgreens because it's so clean and the service is always nice and pleasant!! I had just left my daughters softball game and needed to grab a few items. Rather than going to Walmart -Walgreens was a lot closer and I was able to get in and out. Didn't grab the cashiers name but she was extremely nice and friendly. I most definitely will be back!! Thank you Walgreens

It's your basic Walgreens just staff that seem very very unhappy. I hate to say issues are because of a area something is located but this area has a whole just has bad service.

EVERY time I fill a prescription here it gets delayed. I get the message that they are attempting to contact my doctor for a 30/60/90-day supply. I've been told this a system default, which obviously is not appropriate for short-term medications. I was also informed that this default can be changed by the person entering the Rx. My medications are time sensitive, meaning I usually need to start them the day they are prescribed. My physician writes the specific number of pi
