When I went to pick up a prescription today, there was a pharmacy technician named Tasha who was going back and forth from window to the counter because there were lines for both. She didn’t have any help and was still being so kind to me despite being so busy. I really appreciated her work ethic and her positive attitude! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

The old lady (Pharmacist) was really rude and mean to me. She doesn't treat people with respect at all. I will switch to CVS.

customer service for pharmacy is terrible at this location. Wife went to go pick up order and was greeted with a rude rude lady named Anastasia who should not be working in customer service. She had a major attitude and we are submitting a compliant about her service. Not the store itself but the pharmacy side.

Staff have always been nice and were present. Store isnt always well stocked so you can never get the sale items for the sale price.
Walgreens the comapny though needs to allow mix and match of their sale products. If pepsi and coke are 2/$7 I shouldn't have to get 2 of the exact same drinks to get the sale price. Kroger allows mix and match, so i know it isnt impossible.

I ordered a prescription from here for the first time, and after I contacted them multiple times days later, they told me each time it would be ready in a few hours each time. I went into the store twice, even. Before I went into the store the second time, I had been told it was ready. When I got there, it wasn't ready, and they said they'd start on it. I waited afoot half an hour and then went back to the counter because it should have been ready by then, and they asked me to write down my name and the medication I was needing. Needless to say, I was done with them so I called the next nearest Walgreens which was about 2 miles away to ask them to prepare my prescription and drove straight there. In stark contrast to this HORRIBLY run store, this other Walgreens had my order prepared before I even arrived. One more thing...there's no management to talk to. When I asked the cashier at the front of the store she said to call the toll free number.

The Initial wait time was over an hour only to come back and be told they couldn’t issue the prescription because my UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ISSUED I.D. wasnt valid. Went right across the street to Kroger and they gave my prescription in less than 30 minutes with same I.D. This whole staff needs to be re-trained. I felt discriminated. Do not go here unless you are ok dealing with mediocre health “professionals”

Answer your phone!!!. I've been on hold for 3 days because my dr accidentally sent my prescription here. I can't get it at my pharmacy because this walgreens won't release it!!! My pharmacy says they can't get a hold if you either.
On top of it, Walgreens ran them thru insurance now I had to pay for them at my pharmacy. Day 4 I got ahold of them. They said that in 7 to 10 days the insurance will be reversed. 7 to 10 days!
Ps. That female voice on hold comes on every 3 seconds just adds to the frustration.

Knowing that I was running low, and that my medication refill was due, I contacted my doctor, who promptly called in my prescription. I went to pick it up, and the Indian lady abrasively told me that it wasn't on their record. I showed her on my phone where my doctor sent an email showing that they sent it in. She became belligerent and denied that I had a prescription. I showed her further proof that Walgreens on Pendleton Pike texted me, showing that I had a prescription. She actually denied any such communication, despite it being in my messages. So, I called their number and accessed the automated system, which showed that I did have a prescription. Once again, she denied any such prescription. The entire time, she never looked up at me; simply staring at her computer. This morning, I called, and received the same word tracks from another pharmacy technician. I tried to explain that my medication isn't something that can be skipped, and has to be taken regularly everyday. Silence. She didn't care. So, I'll rely on relatives who have the same medication to get me through until Monday, when I can once again deal with this conundrum. I've never seen such blatant incompetence and arrogant indifference! Once this matter is settled, I will seek a competent pharmacy (in one exists).

Do not use this pharmacy!! They are under staffed and you will wait at least an hour and half at minimum. They are rude as well. I feel for them but the customer hasn’t created the issue, Walgreens choice of staffing causes this negative environment. This isn’t just a one time thing, it is terrible all the time! Plus they never answer the phone so forget calling them. Today is the last time I will have scripts filled at this location.
Update: 3 hours now and just walked back up to check on prescription status and was told they just entered it and will get working on the order! Totally unacceptable since I gave them the script at 11:30 am, it is now 2:30!!!
