A couple weeks ago I bought a case of water and the cashier offered to take it to my car. He had no idea I was really in alot of pain in my right arm. Thanks for going above and beyond with customer service.

What in the world is going on with this pharmacy? Been waiting for my script to be filled for 2 weeks now and the pharmacy is closed whenever I can visit to ask about it in person. Time to get my meds filled at a different location after 4 years I guess. Weird. 0/10.

If I could give them zero stars I would! And let me explain why. I went in on 11/22/2022 to get some passport photos. The chair was a little high for me and I recently had surgery so it took some time for me to sit. The girl helping me with the pictures made a face so I said “ sorry I just recently had surgery and it hurts when I sit” she reply back with “ did you get surgery for your burns” I have a conditioned named Vitiligo and it’s not a burn. I said “ No, don’t worry a bout it” once she was done taking my picture she said “ ooh I see the surgery on your face are you getting a face transplant for the burns” I was so furious but I was not going to make a scene so all I said was “ No, how long will it be for my pictures” people should not be this rude and comment on things they don’t know nothing a bout!

I have been a customer of this Walgreens location for many years. No more. As soon as I can change my insurance plan I will do so. The people there are excellent and very helpful. They all get 5 stars. However, the leadership there has dropped the ball. For some time now, the pharmacy is entirely CLOSED the entire weekends with no end of that in sight. That is unconscionable and should be illegal. Today, I was on hold for an hour to inquire about the status of my prescription. My wife had to wait another hour to get the prescription that had already been filled. I know there is a shortage of workers but others are handling that situation better.

Julia and the other man working for her this week at the Pharmacy (didn't catch his name - sorry!) were extremely helpful and went way out of their way to solve a problem for me. While some of the reviews here have some merit due to the pharmacy being constantly understaffed (long wait time on phone and drive through), I absolutely cannot relate to the people here claiming the pharmacy workers don't care or aren't willing to help.

By far the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Not sure if the employees are the issue or if they are understaffed, but it’s an ongoing issue. Will be looking for a different store very soon.

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. You cannot call and get ahold of anyone, incredibly long wait times (I'm currently physically waiting in the drive thru line on my HOUR LONG lunch and ONE CAR has been serviced, three have driven away, now about to be four because I have to go back to work - good thing I'm not hungry today)! Super restricted pharmacy hours, including the middle of the day for breaks. I was a manager for Walgreens many years ago, and we used to have to help fill scripts and ring when things were backed up. Idk what is happening internally but DANG it is actually HORRIBLE to use the pharmacy AT THE PHARMACY!?!?!

I had oral surgery this morning, and the doctor sent a script over before the pharmacy even opened at 10am. For some reason they decided to use my prior insurance to run the script, when they had my current insurance on file. After receiving the rejection email, I called and waited over 30 minutes: no answer. I had the chance to call back later and I waited for over 60 minutes before the call was disengaged.I then decided to leave work early because the pharmacy closes at 6:30pm. I spent over 30 minutes waiting in line and talking with the pharmacist to end up not getting the script. Turns out, because I've never had this script before in my life, they needed to call the doctor for some reason, according to the pharmacist; because of their system. The doctor's office closed hours ago.I need the script now, and I might not even need it tomorrow. I am absolutely distraught by the colossal failure of their system. I wasted so much time, energy and gas for nothing. I know they are short staffed. I work for a company that is currently short staffed as well, but this is inexcusable.I will never have anything filled at this pharmacy ever again, and I recommend no one go there for any pharmaceutical needs. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

Absolutely the worst and most unresponsive pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Sit on infilled prescriptions for days; will not answer the phone, and if they ever do fill your prescription you have to wait forever just to pick it up. This is not a one-off problem. They are consistently terrible. We started going to Walgreens because they are usually cheaper than CVS, but it's not worth it.

This Walgreens (Nora) is terrible. I have to go here because the CVS across the street doesn't take my husband's insurance. They NEVER answer the phone. Have trouble filling automated subscriptions and don't get back to you. The wait lines are crazy. Even when there are 2 people, they are SO slow.

The store itself is fine, but the PHARMACY is terrible. Not sure if they're understaffed or just slow, but the wait time is ridiculous. I dread having to pick up prescriptions here. The pharmacy staff also are not very friendly/inviting either.
