Pharmacy is horribly understaffed and confusing. I have issues with almost every refill I order. It is literally quicker to go into the store and wait in line to ask about the status than it is to call. I ordered meds and waited over two weeks. They are always pleasant and working as quickly as possible, but it is clear they are not staffed in the way they should be. I will be attempting to transfer my prescriptions away.

Idk what the dudes name was I feel like it was dquaris and I apologize if I spelled his name wrong but when I went to this location he literally had an awesome vibe about him he needs to be a manager immediately he’s a good dude and I called ms Stacy and confirmed it was him u got awesome employees I will never go to cvs again thanks again

Bad service and bad customer service at this location. I ordered 2 photo albums. The online site says will be ready in one hour. I arrived 4 hours later, they don't even have idea about my order and when the lady checked my order, she says she don't know how to make the album and she was thinking they don't even have the materials to make it. I drove 30 minutes to get here just to hear this. Definitely not recommended. I usually order my albums at my nearest Walgreens and they're very efficient, unfortunately they have problems with the printer and couldn't make it this time.

While waiting for documents to print, I was grateful for the assistance provided by Diamond. She was the only one handling both the photo section and the front checkout counter, demonstrating exceptional dedication and hard work. Unfortunately, I observed that Steve the “manager” was not contributing to the workload; despite Diamond's requests for help, he told her to “call someone” instead of stepping in.
If it weren’t for Diamond’s efforts, I would have likely left due to the delays. Her commitment truly stood out in a challenging situation, and I believe her hard work deserves recognition. A raise or some form of acknowledgment would certainly be fitting given her performance.

Manager steve was rude. i’m just a vendor and i asked him where to put the trash magazines at and he get loud saying “um its back over there and starts pointing where the backroom is located. (walgreens isnt my store i’m just a vendor so i dont have the code to access backroom and he know that.) he’s like do you know where youre going?” i’m like no not really. he’s like “go find someone over there and they’ll help you. (front counter was busy, they had a whole line so i couldnt ask them thats why i thought Steve would just let me in backroom but instead he told me to go find someone on the floor. i eventually found someone to help me and he said he heard how rude Steve was talking to me, because again Steve was loud with me for no reason (:

Pharmacy staff are terrible and they take forever to answer calls. I was on the phone so long I forgot I was calling them and then when I finally got off hold they hung up on me.

Chyla Glover is a great pharmacy tech
She was able to get me in and out with my meds in 20 min and I know it was a task. She did it with pleasant attitude and tons of professionalism, she is definitely a great asset to your store!!! Thank you

Overall, I like Walgreens. I prefer the store over CVS, but I wouldn't say I like its pharmacy and don't get my persecution filled there. The people behind the pharmacy in my past experiences were rude and inefficient. I haven't gotten a prescription filled there in over five years and won't.
I had a birthday coupon that you can and get points, and I had a five-off coupon for the next time I spent 25. We neither worked, and the store manager was clueless. But things like that are minor to me. Walgreens is my go-to store for quick runs

I have been coming to this Walgreens for years and Ever since Steve took over management it has become an actual dumpster fire of a place. I tried to call about this complaint but Walgreens corporate is closed from July 3 to July 8: I just overheard today two employees talking about how the schedule for July 4 was updated and nobody was told: July 4 is tomorrow. First the pharmacy is never properly staffed and I can't get any prescriptions, next the store is in Shambles because the stocking people are all up front checking people out, the lines are impossibly long because they only have two people at a time scheduled, but it's no wonder the employees are all miserable if their manager is so inept they can't even communicate who works holidays or when they change schedules. If I worked here and my schedule was changed ON A HOLIDAY and my manager didn't communicate I would not show up again. It's deplorable, what's even more deplorable is the fact that I almost always hear a complaint about Steve and the schedule from employees. My 86 year old mother could manage this store better at her age, she has basic management experience!

I was on hold for 20 min with the pharmacy and then they just hung up on me. I could hear someone continuously pick up then put back on hold without ever saying anything. This happened 3 times in a row.

I sincerely like this Walgreens. It is always very clean, the staff is always friendly and the aisles are well stocked. Whenever I order photos online they are ready at the expected time and easy to come grab and pay. As a convenience store it does just that. I feel consistently safe at this store no matter what time I visit which is nice cause that’s not always the case with corner stores like CVS.
