Im not sure if Walgreens corporate has tapped out of caring about this store but sheesh. Id rather drive 17min to the next walgreens then deal with this. When you have bad leadership, which you absolutely do at this store, you have a bad team. Get in new leadership who is organized and can prioritize at the very least antibiotic’s and same day pick ups. Ive worked in a pharmacy for years and the way this pharmacy is run is horrIble. Your employees are rude due to leadership. And i have no specific story but simply open up at 9am like your sign says. Board up the drive through since it hasnt been open in over a year. Just do better Walgreens. Id close this one if you cant get better leadership so nothing bad happens. Ive seen people get really mad. And it’s because they are sooo rude on top of running poorly. Front employees are nice and welcoming!

The pharmacy at this location is the WORST. I understand they are not happy with their job, but to misplaced my prescription note and refuse to give reasons was really bad. They were rude and ask I go back to my doctor for another prescription with no apologies. I will advise the staff be retrained or close the that location pharmacy.

Hire nice people in the picture/ order pick up area. The red headed cashier is unpleasant and overworked.

Pharmacy is awful. When calling in prescriptions on behalf of a provider, they will put you on hold for 30 minutes then hang up on you.

I almost always have an easy time at this Walgreens, regardless of why I'm there. Minute Clinic? Check. Covid shots/boosters/home tests? Check. Pharmacy (inside and with drive thru) with nice pharmacist & techs? Check. Snacks, household needs, sodas, holiday decor and whatnots, makeup, office supplies, chocolate fix? Check. Photo processing and small electronics needs (charging cables et al)? Check. Store clean and typically well stocked? Check. Lastly, I've never had an unfriendly checkout person. The parking lot is spacious enough for accessibility vehicles, as are the aisles inside. No clue if there's a customer-accessible bathroom, but I don't think so. Would give a 5 star if they had a couple self-checkouts, but there really isn't anywhere to put them in the front of the store, so I'm glad that the checkout line usually moves quickly.

Waited on hold for an hour just to talk to someone. The next day still have to call for them to fill my prescription. If I could give them a lower rating I would! Poor customer service. No compassion on their customers, no apologies, no nothing.

One of the worse around town it’s always a delay with my prescriptions they never answer the drive thru window or they keep u waiting forever the ladies always have a attitude and talk rude I just don’t like coming to this location it’s always a problem while visiting the pharmacy.

My family came to the store Friday evening Jan 27 to get passport photos and the manager stayed in the office probably watching Tik Tok videos and couldn’t be bothered to come out to take the pictures making the excuse that the camera was broken. I don’t believe it. This was the second pharmacy that made this same excuse this evening.

Community Clinic advertises walk-in's are welcome. I go in and am told by the staff they do not accept walk-in's please post appropriate signs so customers know.

Made an online appointment for booster shots. Polite, pleasant, helpful, people, on time and it was quick and painless. Transferred my prescriptions to them this morning from CVS.

Walgreens has really gone down hill. They push for online ordering and offer a lot better pricing on things. Issue is they won't fill your order in the 30 min they are supposed to. I ended up paying 2x the amount in store because they don't want to pull my online order and the store had no customers. Cashiers rush you through the process. Don't give anytime to type in rewards number.

Tried to return an ankle brace purchased through DoorDash and refused to do it and was told "You have to return this at a DoorDash not Walgreens"

Came to the pharmacy to get formula … I had the prescription from son doctor sent to me by email, but all 3 lady at the window was so rude and wouldn’t even look. I then ask will she give the formula to me if the doctor office called, she replied yes. I was otp with the doctor office and the nurse is sending ut through and will also call them. Then a different lady came to the window with a attitude and rudely ask what I needed and I told her again and she told me they don’t have anything for my son and she told me to go wait again after 3 cars pulled up behind me or come in. Which it would be pointless to wait again of the call was going to come through in mins while I was otp. I rolled my window up due to her making faces and being rude. The n she kept open and closing the door ….. I then spoke with another lady and she told me she will take my number down and text me when it ready . As she was talking the previous young lady was there making disturbing faces.I then parked and waited and never got any message or calls. I then Called my doctor office and spoke with the nurse and she said they told her they didn’t have his formula which is a lie …. I seen it there . But I’m will definitely be changing his and mine pharmacy over to someone else…. Who cares and who staff is professional. I been going to Walgreens my whole life and never have I ever had a issue … crazy
