Just tried to go load my Chime card at this Walgreens, they ARE listed as a Chime loading location but both managers (one Indian lady, and one older white lady) refused to load my card due to it being in 1s. She kept asking me if I had bigger bills?? I thought this was very odd because I’ve loaded my Chime card at numerous locations and this is the first issue I’ve ever had. I told her no, Im sorry, do not. I am just a single mom, who is a bartender, with two kids, JUST TRYING TO MAKE MY CAR PAYMENT. The older gentleman working behind the counter understood and was just trying to get me done and out the door but both women refused. I immediately contacted Chime Bank to which they confirmed they are NOT allowed to refuse cash deposits based on the value of bills being loaded, and that that all Chime loading locations are supposed to follow chimes deposit guidelines per their contract. So here I am just trying to make my car payment but two power tripping ladies here making up their own rules as they go!! Wish we could all have that entitlement.

Today March 16th 2025 your pharmacist was incredibly rude to me. I reported him to the website as well. I don't appreciate that whatsoever and that was the most uncalled for unprofessional thing I've experienced. I sure hope you have calls that you record.

Staff is always friendly, exceptionally in the pharmacy. Inside is clean and items are always in stock. The negative, the outside is a mess! Unfortunately, they have become the eyesore of Franklin Township. Not only do they not tend to the excessive trash/liter but they don't maintain the grassy areas at ALL. Mowing starts once waist high, trash everywhere (including the pond), the pond is a mosquito breeding ground, and numerous complaints have been made but the store manager shows no signs of caring for the exterior or our community.

Bought a pack of dutches instead of the lady checking if they were stale or not she just sells them. This is the second time an im never getting cigarillos here they sell stale tobacco, drugstore trynna get you sick!!

1) I was in line well before their lunch break, they only wanted to serve one person so they took over 20 mins, then put the sign up that they're closed in my face.
2) They have given me a wrong med before, I drove off, and found out it was a narcotic. They don't verify the address, just went by my last name. The person on the package was not even correct, nor the address. Someone should've been fired!
3) They have told me numerous times that they don't want to run an insurance to make meds cheaper, beside "that's just what the computer says" . They are extremely lazy, unless you demand them to run Goodrx or some other insurance.
4) They sigh loudly if I give them another insurance card.
5) They have tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for meds, without looking for cheaper prices.
6) They don't put your meds on auto refill, although I ask every month.
Their customer service is awful!!!

I was having difficulty getting a prescription filled by my regular pharmacy due to an outage with Change Healthcare. The pharmacist at my regular pharmacy was not at all helpful. I had the prescription transferred to this Walgreen’s and Edward went above and beyond to help me with the prescription. They don’t take my insurance, but I will definitely go there for other needs in the future.

My sister and I entered this store and instantly went to the pharmacy area to look for the blood pressure machine as my sister felt her blood pressure was high and wanted to confirm. We looked around and could not find the machine. We had driven separately and I was finished with what I came for so I left the store. I grabbed some hot dog buns and purchased them on the way out. My sister stayed behind and checked out a blood pressure machine available for purchase. She ended up not purchasing it and left. When she got in her car a sales associate followed her and took a picture of her license plate. My sister saw her and went back in the store where the manager, Jessica, accused her of stealing. She specifically said, “we know you were in here with your sister stealing”. I feel as if we were profiled because of our age and gender. Do not shop at this store unless you want to be falsely accused as well.

This location has the best pharmacy I have ever been to. I’m new to the area, and I went to the one with the highest ratings, and I’m so glad I did!The Pharmacy Operations Manager, Edward, was extremely friendly and personable, and helped me find a program to save money on my prescriptions, and also added a note in my profile with my preferred name.He really went above and beyond.
