I would leave zero stars if it was possible. Andrew the main pharmacist is the most rude and ignorant person I may have ever met. Ever since he took over the department it has went down hill. They are down to 5 days a week that they are open and still can not do their jobs in those 5 days. I called to verify that my medicine was ready for pickup 3 hours before coming to get the prescription. Several other customers were sent away without their scripts being ready as well. After waiting in line for 45 minutes while they took care of only 3 other customers, I was told that it was not ready. I waited another 15 minutes for it to be ready. When it was finally filled and time to cash out, the pharmacist ignored my instructions to run both of my insurance cards. He kept speaking over me, dismissing me, and arguing after he realized that he had made a mistake. He wanted to fight rather than do his job. The pharmacy tech Brittany also backed him and argued with me and refused to do her job. The main manager Mike is wonderful and the only way to get any sort of help in that department. If you have any problems or bullying like I experienced, please ask for him and he will help. Otherwise, prepare to waste your time and be disrespected for simply trying to get your necessary medications. I will not be back to this location and neither will my family.

If I could give zero stars, I would this location pharmacy is horrible. They never have medication ready when it supposed to. They have very bad customer service. They have a long wait time and they just never have anything ready. This location is I’m definitely switching pharmacies

One of the workers seemed nice and the other seemed kinda rude🤔 Furthermore when i quoted THEIR free testing for veterans They abruptly and kinda rudely disregarded that..

Would give this pharmacy a ZERO if I could. The last year or so it has gotten SO bad with my husbands and I’s medications - lines very slow, random closures because not enough staff, texting that prescriptions are ready and I show up to be told to come back - the list goes on. But the past two weeks or so - it’s been ridiculous. They have lost 2 prescriptions so far. First I’m told that they lost my seizure medication and to just “come back later” - like what?!?! What if I was completely out? Good thing I wasn’t. Next day - I come back and they still say it’s lost - my husband and I waited for over 40 mins for them to find it - supposedly in a completely different bin than what it was supposed to be. Again - I game them grace - mistakes happen. But then lo and behold today - there is yet another issue. This time they told my husband they lost the prescription again and to come back the next day. The next day was Thanksgiving - obviously not open. Come back today, completely out of meds, again to tell me they lost it, they need to figure out what happened before they can refill it, and to come back again later. Uhhh what?! I have to go back to work and do not have my required medications - that YOU lost after texting me to come get it?!?! This pharmacy sucks and I understand why they have horrible turnover. I’ll be looking for a new pharmacy today.

There’s an older lady with gray hair who is so sweet & gentle she very nice.
Bad customer service here this employee Dakota is disrespectful every time I walk in here, he’s always has the angriest face always slamming the cash register. If he hates working at Walgreens I guess it’s time for a different job.
Just being real & honest. Just be aware when you walk into the store and see this person, I’m always saying thank you but I don’t get nothing out of it and I don’t expect to.

I called 6 times to confirm my medication over the course of three days. It needed to be transferred, but Ive always used Walgreens so I figured no problem. Not only was everyone rude and speaking in a tone like I was at fault for annoying them ( pretty sure it’s their job to fill and alert people about meds) but on the 3rd call I was told an hour, 12 hours later I call and get told 20 minutes (4th call)5th call, I get told they won’t be available until the next day. Now it’s day 3 of trying to get my meds and I finally found out they are done. This entire time I was not sent a text alert even though 4 techs took down my number for the system. I was also told on the first call it should only take a hour, ( that was on day one)Some of these meds are ones I can’t go without, and the lack of respect for my time or needs was just incredibly clear. I’m sure there are nice people working here, but if you need your meds by a certain day ( like when they tell you they should be ready) avoid this place like the plague.

We had Covid and flu shots from this pharmacy! Pharmacist Tigist was pleasant, professional and prompt. We experienced no pain and would highly recommend her. You must be proud to have her as an employee!!!

We had tried 3 different Walgreens in 3 different states to no avail… the pharmacist here Tigrisd was so helpful and had our problem handled ASAP! GREAT JOB TIGISD!!!
