The pharmacy is disorganized (forgot to order a vaccine, forcing me to go in a second time after they did order it), they are not communicative when issues come up, so be prepared to have to call them on your own time to find out how to fix it… frequently submit multiple requests to insurance, which obviously causes delays and denials. I will be switching.

The last few months I have been going to the pharmacy on a regular bases for a family member. I was disappointed that CVS on 30th & Lafayette had closed down forcing me to look for a new place. I have been pleasantly surprised by the much improved service that I have been receiving since I started going to this Walgreens. Though I am disappointed by the limitations on the hours, when they are open, they give really great service. There is a young lady named Adrianna who is fast and friendly. The pharmacist that I have seen on a regular bases has gone out of his way to help me in dealing with health insurance and communication with the doctor. I truly am amazed by their efficiency and fast pace movement while still acting like I am the most important person for that moment. There have also been a couple of other people who I have seen that are always friendly and do their best to help me. I so appreciate their efforts during this difficult time of every pharmacy being understaffed. (I am sure that is the reason for the limited hours) but it is worth it for me to go to them because I know they will take care of me.

The pharmacy is totally unreliable. They open and close whenever they feel like. I now get my meds at the CVS downtown.

I took a prescription to be refilled first I was told my insurance would not cover it I told them it was a vet prescription and I would pay cash then I was told it was out of refills I told them it had two refills left until September they then said that regardless of the prescription it is only good for six months.I called the vet and was told the prescription is valid open and ready to be refilled.Do not trust these people they are not professional.

The store & pharmacy need serious help. The exterior of the property sets the expectations. Dirty, unkempt, employees seem unhappy and zero moral. Employees seem defeated & overwhelmed, in return providing poor customer service. Wait times are horrible, it doesn't matter if you uses the drive up or go inside. Per the pharmacy tech Walgreens has a week long backlog & hundreds of prescription un filled. 9/12/22 @ 11:31Update: Called Walgreens local business office, to voice my concerns. I received a return call from the store manager with in minuets. Apologizing for the delays & stating staffing was the issue. I've been going to this Walgreens for the past year, quite frankly it's a management issue. Even the pharmacist is rude for pete sake. Poor customer service & rude behavior is deemed acceptable. On my part work on being more understanding and try a different approach. 9/20/22 still one star

Don’t order invitations from this store. This is what $65 invitations will get you! These were shipped to me from this store and it was clear they were made carelessly. Thanks for nothing Walgreens photo!

These ladies at Walgreens are killing it! I stopped in and all the shelves were stocked and they were polite and friendly and I got exactly what I needed and on my way! I just moved to the neighborhood and will be choosing this Walgreens over the unstocked/dirty CVS down the street!

I've shopped here for more than 10yrs. I live in this community. But this evening when I stood in line, the line quickly reached the pharmacy. I asked the cashier to please call another cashier. She said she was the only cashier. I waited to talk to her til she rang up my order. I asked her if she was the manager. She said she wasn't. I asked her to call the manager because she can act as a second cashier. She said the manager was doing her work. I said I think when the line is this long she should be out here. She said she was busy. I asked if she was sleeping? No just busy. I asked for the cashier's name and she refused to give me her name. She didn't apologize for the long line or slow service. She probably assumed she didn't need to be nice to me. Customer service? What is that? Before today I've usually had great or good customer service. Today this lady was just rude. I'm 100% disabled. I'm willing to pay the higher prices at Walgreens if I don't have to walk far or stand in line long. Today wasn't helpful. The cashier only rang up half of my stuff. I had to ask her to ring up the 5 items on the counter. Also, she was hiding her name tag. I wouldn't recommend going here between 5-8pm.

Most Walgreens and specifically this one are the absolute worst! Incredibly rude and unprofessional are understatements. They literally just closed for the day while I was getting ready to leave for vacation and was forced to use a different Walgreens. The actual pharmacist is a real a-hole and the techs aren't any better. Last day I'll get a prescription from them, everything is transferring to ANY other pharmacy other than this one.

The hours on the website were wrong so we got there 2 minutes after closing. The pharmacist refuses (rudely, without compassion) to give my daughters prescription for her ear infection (which we had tried to pick up earlier but wasn't ready even though it was hours after it was called in). Then she told us that we could just get it transferred to a 24 hour pharmacy, only to find after going to a 24 hour pharmacy that the Walgreens has to be open for that to happen. So she refused to serve us and essentially lied to us. Now we can't get our daughters prescription (they are closed tomorrow for labor day). Horrible service. Would not recommend!

My partner and I just got our Covid 19 vaccine. Our tech, Mary, was extremely friendly and personable. She eagerly talked about us being truckers, showing real interest rather than just that "customer service" requirement. I have a mild fear of needles (probably branches from my bee phobia) and she kept me talking so I never even realized I received the shot. My partner is a big kid so he wanted a "lolly" for being "so brave" and she humored his craziness haha. We loved the experience, which is such an odd concept for a simple vaccine trip.

Big old cotton candy pharmacist tells me the pharmacy is closed for a whole day knowing, as a pharmacy technician myself; pharmacies should never be closed. I have a controlled substance to pick up and being told that is incredibly unprofessional. They closed early, and had the audacity to tell me to come back two days later to pick up my medicine. Why send me that text? Incredibly unprofessional. As a pharmacy tech myself, that is beyond rude and unacceptable. You are playing with peoples medicine because your big self wants to sit home and watch furries.
