Stephanie, the pharmacist, went above and beyond to help me out with a complex headache of a situation. It’s not often that you find people who genuinely care like she does. I appreciate her help and persistence to find a resolution for my family!!

They are all rude, unknowledgeable, condescending and just simply dont want to even deal with customers. Lazy is the perfect word for the staff here.

Not sure what happened to the amazing staff at Walgreens at East the guy pharmacist and the other lady pharmacist. But they were amazing and made Walgreens amazing.
I went Friday at 520 before work which I always do and they had a sign on the door they closed at 5. The old staff would have never done that and if they did they would have notified via text not a note on a door.
Today I went and there was no other customers and the staff was very rude and the pharmacist tech Tiana due to she wasn’t very loud by the end her tone of voice was yelling. It was so awkward. Walgreens staff I used to enjoy going and getting my prescriptions for my family. Now I want to avoid at all cost. Not sure what happened. But I am so grateful for the friendliest and helpfulness of the staff that used to be there when I come each month.

The pharmacist is rude!!!! She needs a different job!!!!! If you want to wait for them to tell you no writing stuff then make a sign and not be rude!!!

I spoke with this pharmacy earlier today, to figure out why they didn't fill my medication yesterday like they were supposed to, and they honestly couldn't answer that question. Then they they told me it was out of stock but it wasn't (just generic, not name brand, which is what I specifically asked for - both times). So my prescription was supposedly filled and I set my alarm to wake up early to come pick it up before they closed (since I'm a night shift worker but don't come in until 7). They closed 2 hours early, but no one bothered to tell me when I spoke with them and when I was asked if I was coming to pick it up today!!! Now they're closed all weekend and so is my doctor's office. This is ridiculous. They work in healthcare and they need to do better.

It's my favorite pharmacy they are very patient and kind and also very caring of anyone who come into the this pharmacy! Thank you Walgreens at East Hospital!

Stephanie went above and beyond to track down a medicine that another pharmacy chain did not have in stock and could not get. She located a Walgreens that had what my child needed and called them to confirm. Then called me to let me know where the doctor could call it into. So appreciated after looking for a week.

Every person that works in there greet you with a smile and have always taken care of any concerns that I might have and it is conveniently close to where I live....
