The inside of the store is clean but the parking lot was trashy. It was a very windy day too. So stuff was blowing everywhere. Doesn't make people want to shop there. I see stores that send a employee out to clean up once in awhile. This needs to happen here.

455 E Epler Walgreens is the best Walgreens in Indianapolis. The people there are always friendly and helpful, and I've never been ignored or mistreated by the staff.

I was at this Walgreens the other day (which has been my Walgreens for YEARS) and I was waiting on my prescription to get ready, just browsing through the store. Then, I noticed a man following me. He was following me, aisle after aisle, and eventually came up to me and told me he just got out of jail and needed a few things and asked if I would buy them for him. I gave him all the cash I had on me ($9). I was a bit freaked out, and started walking out of the store to my car to just wait there. Becky (I believe that’s her name) approached me and told
Me she noticed this man had been following me and asked if I was okay or needed anything. She agreed that I should wait in my car and told me she was calling her manager. That meant the WORLD to me-it can be scary being a female alone in these situations and she was RIGHT there making sure I was okay. Becky deserves a raise-she’s the BEST!!!!

A few others have mentioned how awful the staff is. I recently moved into the area. I have fortunately only been to this Walgreens twice. Both occasions, I was followed around the store. When I gathered all of my items, I’m talked to very aggressively by the cashier. Honestly never gotten this type of treatment anywhere else. Especially not a Walgreens of all places…. 10/10 run far away from this location! My son is currently sick, and I REFUSE to spend any money with this location or Walgreens for that matter. Beware

super convenient, super quick, super sweet service. I especially liked the woman at the front counter with burgundy hair, so was so pleasant! will stop by again if I need something.

Pharmacy is way to slow in filling scripts. I'm sure there is an excuse, but my doctor submitted a simple antibiotic script in the morning due to a procedure done in the office and it was not filled by closing time. Unacceptable. This was not a refill and was urgently needed. I will have to go elsewhere.

THANK YOU! The pharmacy staff is so welcoming, informative, and pleasant. The pharmacist was off on Sunday and had to go in to makeup some work. She took the moment to have my medication DoorDashed to me on a day that the pharmacy is technically closed. A huge help and relief. I am forever grateful.

Look at your total and receipts at this store. I was purchasing a nail product for $5.29 and the product rang up to over $19 I walked back to the shelf and took a photo of the product which did have the correct product listed and barcode. The manager then goes and looks at it and says he cannot give me the product for the listed price that he could take a few dollars off because the product was in the wrong place and so I corrected him and showed him my photo that the item was in fact correctly placed with the correct product and barcode and he just shrugged his shoulders at me.
