BURN IT DOWN. Scheduled online for a vaccine. Waited in line 20 minutes. Anotjer ten minutes getting checked in by associate, then told they don't have anymore Shingles vaccine there. Sent to 62nd and Keystone. Waited 15 minutes in line, then another 10 while the associate tried to "figure out" my insurance. I told her the 52nd St location had no problem. Healthcare in America is in trouble.

I'm still waiting for my son's medicine it's been two weeks and they won't transfer his medicine to a different store I hate that I had to give you 1 star

They never have the prescriptions filled on time, they are out of stock if important meds on a regular basis. I was just told my medicine wouldn’t be restocked for an entire MONTH. Totally unacceptable, avoid, they will be closed within months anyway due to poor management.

The staff here is really nice and helpful. I order my photo prints and they always come out great here. They are fast and I’ve never had to wait for my prints. I love coming here and using my coupons and getting a lot of good deals at the same time.

Today I’ve had the worst experience ever at Walgreens on 52nd and Keystone.Unprofessional cashier named “Anastasia Saunders” goes to the back of the store then she comes back to the front, 3 people standing in line, she calls her friend from the back of the line to ring her up before everyone else!!I asked for her name and she refuses to give it! So I had to call her supervisor to get her name, and make sure I bring this to your attention because THIS IS NOT RIGHT AT ALL!!You’ll need to treat customers the same we’re in USA!

Who closes for a 2 hour lunch? I hate this pharmacy. Such a waste of time to show up when They say they will be open. I’ll be using a different pharmacy going forward. You lost my business.

I tried to call this Walgreen location because the one where the doctor sent my wife's prescriptions was 'temporarily closed'. I was on hold for 58 minutes. No one ever answered. Simply awful customer service.

0 STARS. Walgreens is really starting to fail at customer service. I switched to this location because the one at 38th and Sherman is absolutely horrible. However, this one is no better. Their website has all kinds of glitches and when you try to schedule a covid vaccine appointment, it's a complete headache. I FINALLY got one scheduled on a Saturday for myself and five other members of my household only for the pharmacist to call and reschedule them AGAIN because "they would be closed on Saturday". What MAJOR PHARMACY is closed on a SATURDAY? And if you HAVE to call the Covid hotline through Walgreens, be prepared to speak with foreigners that cut you off when you're speaking, who are extremely rude, and will not help you. They just kept telling me to use the website or call the pharmacy directly after I tried REPEATEDLY to explain that the website glitches and no one will answer the phone at the pharmacy. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They really should be embarrassed. UPDATE: (03/28/2022) I got a call from the RUDE pharmacist at this location on 03/25/22 to inform me that my son's prescription had been ready for a week and I needed to pick it up. Mind you, my son still has some of this medication so it wasn't something I needed to check into right away. They are supposed to be sending me text alerts, as they have in the past. I did not receive an alert for this refill. I told him I would be there to pick it up that weekend and he said that was fine. When I arrived, the pharmacy was closed AGAIN. THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE HOURS POSTED IF THEY AREN'T GOING TO BE OPEN DURING SAID HOURS. When I came back to pick it up that next Monday (03/28/22), I was told it was put back and had to be refilled. I will be looking into another pharmacy outside of Walgreens. Their customer service is getting worse by the day.

Have used this facility for over 20 years. I have experienced non of what Dustinindicated. It is unfair for google to post negative reviews from over three years ago plus report that same review multiple times. That review must be from a competitor or reallt unhappy person. Shame on you.

I do not come to Walgreens for much but what I do purchase is photo cards. I had made a card and decided to pick it up at the 16th & Meridian location by my job because my store on 52nd & Keystone NEVER have my cards ready. I had to do two more cards and was already home. I put in a order for two birthday photo cards. Says they'll be done at 7:55pm. I had my bf pick them up for me. He called me and said "NEVER HAVE ME GO TO THAT STORE AGAIN!" I asked why and he tells me.He said the cashier said they weren't ready.He asked "what do you mean?"She says "just what I said!"He says "I received an email saying its ready!"She says "when we get the request that what it automatically sends out!"I ended up getting my cards. The machine is always "broke" at that store. My issue is do not send out emails and texts saying something is ready and it's not! A few minutes is okay but this was unacceptable in the tone of the lazy disrespectful cashier!DO BETTER & get better FRIENDLIER people to work there!

Just found out so many negative reviews here. Do not do COVID test here. it said you can get results in 72 hours. But it has been over 3 days and I got nothing. I checked online and was told for some reason the sample was not delivered to lab on time. They could not do nothing about it.

Really disappointing experience from this location. To be honest without being rude, the staff does not know what they are doing. The pharmacists and techs regularly take their lunch early and extend it late which makes contacting them during the day difficult. Hold times are seemingly never less than 30 minutes, and if you are lucky enough to speak to someone, do not expect them to help you. I have a recorded phone call with a staff member telling me ‘I don’t know what on earth you expect me to do about that’ (because she did not work in the pharmacy) when I asked if I could be connected to the pharmacist to resolve and insurance issue. I even spoke on record with the manager once about the issues with the pharmacy and he seemed confused and disinterested in any kind of resolution. I was new to the area and chose this pharmacy because I thought Walgreens could be universally trusted but I’m having my doctor move my scripts elsewhere because I don’t think this pharmacy has any genuine interest in ‘health and happiness’ as they claim.TLDR; pick a different chain or location.
