Waited 35 mins on hold with 2 callers ahead of me just for when it's my turn the phone continuously rings and then says has a bad connection. I put in a Rx transfer Friday and received no update! I hate my insurance covers this company. CVS is better....

I’m disappointed with my experience at this location. I visited twice to pick up a single prescription, and both times I faced delays. During my first visit, I was told it wouldn’t be ready for an hour, which was understandable given how busy it was. I decided to come back the next day, expecting the prescription to be ready, but it still wasn’t.
The second visit was especially frustrating. After being told it would only take a few minutes, I waited patiently on the side. Instead, it took 15-20 minutes. The lack of communication was disappointing, but what stood out most was the unprofessional behavior from staff. As I walked up to ask for an update, one of the employees began closing the gate while I was still waiting to be helped.
The overall experience felt disorganized and inconsiderate. Better communication and professionalism would have made a significant difference.

Went there for a checkup and the lady straight up lied to me about how much the strep test was then overcharged me by like $80 after she did the test. I would not recommend this walgreens

I used to LOVE Walgreens pharmacies ONLY used their pharmacies, but when you go the website it says they are open and they are NOT. I have traveled only to find a store closed. Time and time again my daughter and myself have had to wait for days without medication despite getting repeated automatic reminders to pick up or it will be returned to stock. I guess they would rather people have asthma attacks or have strokes when they can't get their blood pressure medicine and have to pay hospital bills than be honest about their hours. I am switching to a more reliable pharmacy.

I've had the displeasure and frustration of trying to get my medicine consistently here for quite sometime, This is about the worst service I've had in my life! I've been straight up ignored by the pharmacy staff! There's a problem everytime I attempt to refill a prescription!! If your life depends on getting your medicine, do not use this pharmacy!! Very rude people that don't care!

Very RUDE and Unprofessional, keeping sick people away from there prescription’s. I’m in the drive thru the rude pharmacist says need managers approval I need to turn back around turn around than time again not ready yet told me again to drive around. So I went it…. There was no manager to even look at my prescription and was passed the bag!! Unreal how they do people here! I will never come back to fill any prescription here!!

The pharmacy is so terrible and some of the techs need to reevaluate their job. There is no reason to argue with someone when they're just asking for a prescription to be refilled. I get it, it's tough working in a customer based job, I worked as a tech for years but the attitude the main pharmacy tech has here is out of control. I will never fill a script here again.

I spoke with a lady this morning about a refill.She said she would have it ready well she did not .She said the lady must not have did the refill. You are the lady like people are sick and need meds.i asked her for her name she hung up.

Oh lord - I receive numerous calls to pick up a refill only to be told they nothing for me at the pharmacy - because they were looking for the wrong medication - poor technician could barely speak or understand English - gotta find a new place for sure

Don’t use this pharmacy. It took them five days, yes FIVE to fill a prescription for a very common antibiotic. I called and called. Each time I would get a “sorry the pharmacist is on another line.” No option to leave a message. The longest I waited was 45 minutes. Thankfully, I must not have had a sinus infection since it resolved itself in 48 hours using over the counter meds. Had it not resolved I would have had my prescription moved elsewhere. I have now been trying to call them to cancel the prescription and can’t get a hold of them. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get ahold of a pharmacy, or at the very least leave a message. Does anyone work here? Go to another pharmacy, don’t waste your time here.

I was quoted a 30 minute wait for my prescription. I waited an hour and 20 minutes. For 10 pills. Every single time you are here it takes forever, the scripts aren't ready even though you get text messages saying they are, etc. it wasn't even busy. They are a disorganized mess. They need to do better.
