Beverly is always working hard to make sure guests have a good experience. I’m here often and I always see her connecting with people and sharing kindness. She is always moving and works so hard!This store often struggles with technology issues and staffing issues so wait times can be high, but every associate is always doing the best they can possibly do and I want to recognize how hard they’ve worked throughout this pandemic.

Every Self check out aisle, they announce with customers in lines backed up to the middle of food aisles that check registers will close.Workers don't care that people been standing line for a while...not even complaining.

I am not a Walmart shopper! I live in Kentucky and this Walmart is near my daughter's house in meridian hills. Every time I have been in the store, I mean every time! Someone who spoke to me someone has asked if they could help me find anything in most times when I leave someone waves and tells me bye! Wow what a wonderful experience! If the store in Shelbyville Kentucky or the store in Frankfort Kentucky was like this I would then be a Walmart shopper. That they aren't so I'm not I'll just enjoy this one when I'm close.

Location is tricky from Kessler side, but it's so well placed. The people inside are so nice....and even the cleaning robot is very courteous

Being that I absolutely do NOT like going to Walmart on Lafayette road My mother stated she was about to run to the store so I decided to hop in the car with her!! This Walmart isn't so bad but the times i have visited it always seems like the registers are closed and it's only the self check out which causes for LONG LINES! Though at times they move quick but it can be a bit annoying. For the most part they tend to be in stock of items which is a good thing. The customer service is not bad. I think because the west side don't have any good Walmart's I'm always just blah when it comes to going there. I prefer shopping at target BUT target groceries are high. Ok any who .... thanks Neighborhood Walmart!

Never ever enough checkouts open. 1 self scan and 1 cashier with lies backed up into the aisle - consistently. I could drive twice to Meijer and back in less time.

This location has a great food selection. Lots of items I don't see at other Walmart. 4 stars because the check out system here is garbage. Walmart needs to back away from the self service lanes or give discounts to people using them. You are no longer paying someone to do the work so now I'm doing it myself for free. This is fine, I guess for a few items but when you have a cart full of groceries and kids this is enough to keep me away.

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I once tried to enter the store and an employee that was not visible until I entered yelled at me and subsequently every other patron who entered and said we had to wait until a customer left. She then told me there were no carts available. I would have waited for a cart as it would have been difficult to complete my shopping without one but she was unhelpful and rude. I appreciate following all Covid precautions and am happy to do so; however, the way the employee handled the situation was so jarring that I’ll never shop there again. A little kindness and clear communication is all that I ask for as a customer.

The store is always clean, workers very polite and the store is always stocked with what I need. Thanks for not allowing the store to become ran down like others in the neighborhood.❣️❣️❣️

This store is horrible. I've been to it many times and there is never a cash register open...just three self check outs with long lines and two to three employees watching the line grow and NEVER opening a register! WTF!?

So I tried to get deli meet and there was no deli person there was someone nice enough to call for someone and a manager came over to tell me I had to wait 2 minutes, well 10 minutes later bo person. Why wouldn't the manager just help me?

Wally World usually produces a groan from me. However, I noticed the Neighborhood Market is on my route home from work. So lately I have popped in to pick up a few items here and there. What I have found is that the store is well stocked and while there is a steady amount of customers , not overly crowded!!! I'm accustomed to having to wait in ridiculously long lines so much so that I have to read magazines or surf the web on my phone while waiting for a checkout to become available. I have always managed to quickly get in and out this location l. Suspicious of my fortune and figured it was just luck that the wait lines weren't long, to my surprise I've also been able to get in and out over the holidays-Thanksgiving/Christmas season. I'm definitely a fan!

I have never written a review but this was just wrong THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!! ONLY GO HERE IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. I was in line at customer service waited 15 minutes because the person working there was in the back looking for something for another customer (WHICH I UNDERSTOOD) there was 1 person in front of me that needed a check cashed & the employee went to the register to cash her check then other people started coming to the register even though it said the register was closed, and there were people waiting at CS counter for her to come back, But then she starts waiting on the other people while we were still in line instead of telling them that the register was closed and we were waiting for help at CS. This employee was a young lady with long burgundy red hair. I can only assume she thought we didn't matter. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I have had other issues at this location before but I always let it go. BUT THIS WAS JUST WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!!!!!!
