Their pick up is horrible. No one ever answers and they take at least 20 minutes every time.

Store is worse every time I go! Today I'm standing in front of deli counter where an employee is working on sandwiches or something other than the deli. After 5 minutes at least... She hollers to me that it'll be few minutes ? Unfortunately I decided to wait.. costing me another 10 minutes! Just unbelievable how customers don't come first anymore! I had to wait for these sandwiches

I wish I could give this store a -10 rating. The worst Neighborhood Walmart in the city. Everything is under protective glass (cosmetics, detergent, deodrant...) and when you need someone to come open the glass by hitting the button, no one comes. After tracking someone down in another aisle, more than a couple of times, the key is missing/lost. When I last asked the associate what happens now (because it was something I really needed), they had no idea and just shrugged. I went to Customer Service and no one is there with four people waiting. And it's always nice when I regularly find out that I have bought expired food. But the most ridiculous part is that they removed the self checkout lanes about two months ago to reinstall conveyor belts (about seven of them).....but there's never more than two people working. The lines to checkout are always SOOOO long. Way to make an ineffectively run location MUCH worse. Absolutely horrible.

So they went back to employee check out lanes... Somehow this makes the process slower... And I'd honestly love to see more pallets blocking lanes to stock at what should be considered high customer volume... I'd give it a 1 star but it was better than the Meijer I tried to go to first.

Got assaulted by an Walmart employee, had their manager not stepped in and told them to back off I was about to have the cops come and press charges. That and they accuse you of stealing just because they cannot do their job and watch or have common sense that stuff doesn't fit in a bag.

A bad experience with a worker demanded that my daughter provide the receipt for the purchase, for what we had already paid. She was told that we were in a hurry and she told my daughter that this is humiliating for one, and racial since that is how we We feel, because people passed by and only they arrivedThe door and they were asked were the only Hispanics, they must know that one is not obliged to show the receipt, only if you suspect that one stole this is called the security policy

This store has too many self check stations. Walmart doesn't pay me a salary to do a job they should hire a person to do.

Only self-checkout, which isn’t a problem till it’s super busy. All of their locked up items have a call button to call an associate but they don’t work. So you’ll have to hunt down an employee. Good luck.

I try not to go into Walmart as a rule. The worst visit was the time I was told I could take some boxes for shipping by a stocker. As I was checking out, this beast of an older woman manager came up to me screaming that I can't have those boxes and no one is allowed boxes. I left my cart of groceries right there at checkout so she would have to put them back and stormed out. Their prices are higher than Aldi. The store is always a mess and it's self checkout. I do miss when the location was an O'Malia's. At least if you are going to pay more for groceries, you got top shelf service.
