Went to this location to return a damaged phone that I purchased at Lafayette Rd , had numerous of errands to run by that location so I thought I can stop by and return it. The cashier at customer service told me it wouldn't scan to be returned so she called Ms Kay she said there was nothing she could do so she sent me to electronics , the lead in electronics "very nice person" told me it is very returnable and I DONT have to go back to Lafayette it's just that it wasn't 24 hrs since I've purchased it so I waited a few minutes and tried again.. the system was allowing the return but Ms Kay and her "eyelash crew" told me I couldn't return it even after The Lead in electronics said I could !!!

Walmart has a lot of stuff but didn't have what I needed. That's ok. BUT the lanes are out of order. Not enough cashiers.

Very disappointed with the customer service here. Yesterday 1/14/24 we purchased pretzel rolls at the Greenwood Wal-Mart, but noticed mold on them when we arrived home. Bummer, but it happens.Today 1/15/24 at 5:30 pm my husband attempted to return them to the Keystone Wal-Mart with a receipt since we don’t live near Greenwood, but the customer service person refused and told him “You have to return these where you got them, on the south side.” This is not and has never been Wal-Mart’s return policy.My husband’s first language is not English, which makes me suspect that she thought she could take advantage of him, over a $1.79 clearance purchase. I was going to call to complain to a manager but my husband did not get the name of the person. He said she was middle-aged and short.Normally I would expect a management response, but given the glut of recent 1-star reviews, I’m guessing I shouldn’t expect one. It seems poor employees are better than none.Update 1/16: took the rolls to Fishers Wal-Mart today where the customer service kindly refunded my money.

It was terrible they did my oil change and never put any fluids in it I would never go to Walmart again this is terrible I wouldn't go here nor would I tell anyone else too

At the self checkout the association accused my husband of stealing 2 boxes of chips under the cart. He had on his full postal office uniform it’s crazy what reason do he has to steal and the association called the police over to the register

This is not the best place to shop, employees are not friendly and it stinks like raccoon. Produce is never fresh popular items are always out of stock. And why Christmas the only time there are registers open, Walmarts production has definitely declined over the years

If you ever place a pickup order on the weekend, good luck getting it and/or getting it on time. Every single time I’ve placed a weekend pickup order, it’s been delayed in getting ready, and I’ve always waited forever in the parking lot. I’ve currently been waiting 2 hours just to have some employee walk up and say “that’s it we’re not bringing out anymore orders tonight.” It says pickup closes at 10, and I’ve been waiting since 6pm. Absolutely absurd.

Horrible!!! Came to pick up a delivery!!! And had to wait in the pick up line for 2 hrs!!! Horrible!!! Took way too damn long to pick up!!!

Female staff having piss poor attitudes. "Check out" not a pleasant experience. Since when do cashiers get to choose at the time of check out,esp if it's not an express lane, what Customers they serve? It wasn't like I wasn't being disrespectful or degrading towards the staff. But they were to me. Will be shopping there less.
