Bought my son an Lego marvel Advent calendar and 4 spaces and it's corresponding pieces are missing. The box on the outside looked fine but the tape on the box was removed after looking and 4 of the spaces were ripped apart and missing. The main character in the calendar was missing along with other pieces that look like parts to other characters. He's unhappy but said it was fine because the others looked the same in their boxes this one looked alright on the outside. Since the remodel I've seen a lot of empty boxes on the shelves.( what I'm assuming to be theft considering how the boxes look) Quite disappointing, considering this was my store of choice. Clearly security needs to be upped in this store, probably won't be going back, if I'm spending my money on products I expect to open the box and find said product.

Need to figure out a better system so people that aren't doing a pickup, can't park in the parking spots. More than half the cars in the spaces are empty. I know Walmart can't teach people to read, but wish there was a way to make it more efficient for pickup.

So apparently people who order TVs and toys are a bigger priority than people who order groceries. Sat in a pickup parking space for almost 2 hours today waiting for our order while TVs and toys were brought out order by order from the associates. I understand that you're short staffed, but groceries should be on one of the top priorities, not electronics and toys. Neither of those things would spoil or go bad. My mom had to call twice to even get our order, while the associate on the phone told her that he'd check where our order was only to wait yet another 15 minutes while more tvs came out to other customer's cars. I didn't have an issue with the waiting, however the little teenager who brought our order out was as rude as can be. I understand that you hate your job but you don't get an attitude with customers who don't do anything to you. As a fellow gen Z who hates their job, fix your attitude and become better at customer service because not everyone is going to be nice to you and someone is going to knock you off your feet at one point because of that attitude. This is the reason why other places don't give hard working teenagers and young adults chances because the ones they do hire leave such a bad taste in their mouth. Do better, Walmart. . Hire better people.

Products are fine. Service is terrible. There were 5 people waiting on help in electronics (for someone to unlock different cages) for 30 minutes. The employees that came by said electronics all took their breaks towards the end of the day so no one could help us. This was 2 and a half hours before they closed. We asked if a manager could just stop by with a key and that we didn't need any electronics, they said "yeah, maybe" and left. No manager ever showed up but they did send their police officer working security over to stand next to everyone until we left.I ordered what I needed on Amazon and they delivered it 6 hours later. This is why brick and mortar stores are dying.

Never have what need. Self checkouts almost always credit card only. If you use cash they don't always have exact change available.

Ordered my daughter’s birthday cake earlier this week. Went to pick up today and the cake was not even prepared. No call no email nothing. Today is my daughter’s actual birthday. We are not happy at all.

I found one wonderful young man working in the grocery area and I am so sorry because I did not get his name. He offered to assist me many times because I was clearly handicapped. He was very sweet. Prices on merchandise is getting too high. Out of stock on a lot of items that I always come for. I was in search of $150 phone which you did not have. No one offered to check another store to see if I could get it somewhere else. Employee that helped me was fairly knowledgeable and helpful. In the future I will shop elsewhere when I need a this item.

Inside looks better after the renovation, but they're always missing something i need when I go. DO NOT USE THEIR CURBSIDE PICK-UP!! Ive only done this 3 times. Last week I had to wait over an hour for them to bring it out. Today? I waited for 1 hour and 45 mins before I left and canceled my order. The worst part is that I asked 2 different employees, about 15 mins apart, how much longer it would take. Both said they'd bring my order out next. Ten mins later the first one I asked hopped in a car and left. The second I saw walking out with 1 bag when I was leaving. Pure laziness. Don't bother calling the number on the sign either. It's automated to say they're busy and the voicemail has always been full. That right there says they don't care. I'll give them 1 more chance with an inside pick-up...maybe.
