The fact that actual police are stationed outside of Walmart is wild. Walmart is more than capable of hiring an outside security force. Instead, the american public is paying for Walmarts security in the form of tax dollars

Horrible customer service. Pathetic! Asked multiple employees where I could find caps to keep my head warm. All of them pretty much shrugged their shoulders, shook their heads, and walked away. One of them was quite irritated with my question and gave me a dirty look. I finally just gave up and walked out without purchasing a cap.

Its really sad every walmart ive called to buy a ps5 cant take a second to answer the phone. Here i am trying to spend 500 dollars with you guys and no one can asnwer the phone. Your walmart app is trash says you got the ps5 in stock at 3 stores and every single one didnt have it in stock. Poor customer service help, poor inventory count.

Phone section guy with white hair, came to buy 2 phones for my parents i said I have a question about ... I did not even say about what he said I quote: "I know nothing I will tell you nothing, because of accent I thought I misheard and said again? He said the exact same thing then asked if there was a supervisor who'd know about them he said I am the supervisor I sell lots of stuff i know nothing about !"
Amazing customer service (well it's walmart but that à new low)
It's my weekend i turned around going to bestbuy
