The phone rings but no one answers, when they do answer they pick up and hang up on you.

As far as my experience goes, the grocery, home and pharmacy are fine. But the Auto-Center is EXCEPTIONAL! Today, Joy and Ron assisted in a quick unanticipated tire replacement which only took a swift hour of my time! They overcame the short-staffing and obstacles they faced, even when doing their own bickering to each-other, lol! Joy is such a friendly face for the customers and Ron definitely knows his way around a car! Much love and appreciation for the whole team! They will always deserve big raises and promotions! For Ron— 谢谢你为我做的一切!它不会被忽视!

86th/michigan locationMidday visit. The produce department was bare, not much of anything there mid day.A lot of the shelves were empty.Associate are some of the rudest and most unwilling to help. Some even act as if they aren't aware of you trying to get their attention.Perhaps since they are lacking that aspect of their job, they should get demoted? That's their number one job description....customer service.

Now that they have remodeled and are making an effort to improve "other than an overwhelming of self-checkouts" they are getting nicer. Still has the best pharmacy around.

Selling on shelf at this price and when you check out it is a dollar more and when I brought it up to customer service their excuse was .... " we're so sorry but we can't do anything about mismarked alcohol purchases " so buyer beware... Another way for big box stores to screw the public and ile as they do it...

Shelves are not usually fully stocked. Prices are often not marked. Many of the employees have no idea about proper customer courtesy. Departments never answer the phone.

Used gas buddy to direct me to this Walmart. Drove 6 miles. No employee was manning fuel pumps. Sign at Kiosk said purchase fuel inside. I went into the store to pay for fuel. No toilet paper in bathroom. Bring your own TP from home or purchase TP from store. Customer service was closed. Money services was closed. The cashier wasn't able to help me purchase fuel. She called a manager that also had no way for me to purchase fuel. Waste of time. Wasted trip.

I bought some expired eggs yesterday from this store. While using some yesterday, the end result smell of my omelets wasn't friendly, tried to cook some and it didn't come out right. Just to find out that it has expired. I have been calling customer service all day to report, but unfortunately there is no one to answer.

I like the new bathroom there in the front and the new one by the grocery Isle.I also like that they have a lot of affordable items for me in their clearance Isles. I will give the Customer service Experience at least 7 stars.

They are poorly stocked. The aisles are always full of skids and employees are talking in groups. They must have decided to stop carrying Snuggle concentrated and diet Mt Dew bottles. This is going to cause me to shop elsewhere!

I gave this location a chance for a year but I'm done. I don't know where to start. Fighting off beggars in the parking lots or in the store, seeing several non-service dogs in the store on several occasions, filthy indoors and out, and just gross. My latest - and last- visit was a doozy. A self scan register with some sort of "liquid" all over it, which was beeping and not less than three employees looking at it and just walking away. A small dog walking around on a leash as if in a dog park, culminating with it taking a poop in the meat aisle. The owner went to produce and used a produce bag to pick up the smelly mess. Imagine this person picking up dog feces in the store is also touching the produce, the meat, the bread, deli items, dairy, EVERYTHING. I was told by a stocker that dogs are allowed in the store IF they are in a cart with a blanket set down. 100% incorrect! Even as a fanatical animal lover I was absolutely appalled. Can't make this stuff up, folks. Shop elsewhere.
